Dirty, filthy, rude workers, the place is always filled with loiters, and drunk or drugged up people asking for money, sometimes forcefully, while managers and the OWNER of this McDonald’s on East 103rd Street and Third Avenue, NYNY10029 do NOTHING. There was an incident recently on March 2015, in which a woman was assaulted and no one even bothered to help. I would not bring my dog in there to eat with that atmosphere. Also, I have heard that GANGS of punks hang out there. If you do go here, please watch your belongings and BECAREFUL!!!

Open later than other fast food places in the area! The renovation is gorgeous, too. This place used to be a dump. However, today I was turned off by the attitude of rude staff who refused to unlock the bathroom for an elderly woman who desperately had to «go». She looked like she was about to break into tears. Other customers spoke up, but one girl in particular was rude in response(accompanied by eye rolling). Their reason was«it’s 45 minutes until closing.» Okay, but you aren’t CLOSED and you have ZERO respect for the elderly.

Recently went under a extensive renovation. More modern. Food comes out quickly, and hot especially during rush hours. This is one of the best locations in East Harlem next to the one further up the ave on 109th and 3rd. Wi-Fi is available.

Located in Harlem, so I saw a lot of different characters. The place is really huge, too. Came here to use bathroom(which was un-locked, much to my surprise). Bought a pity wildberry smoothie, though. Yum. No crazy long lines, fast service. That about sums up my short experience here.
