They changed their name to something else which i forgot the name of. Anyhow we ordered two soups one duck and one beef to go. Both soups came with the same bland broth and the beef tasted like it was poached in water — very much NOT flavorful basically both soups tasted the exact same bland way, nothing exciting at all. For New York City this is below average. Very disappointed. Probably the reason they changed their name. Don’t go here. Two soups for 24 $- totally NOT worth it. Even ramen would have been more flavorful.

Food is great! Service is the best I have seen in New York! Very attentive. Kid friendly place with high chairs. The server anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. Will be back!

Midtown East: Great traditional American Chinese food. I come here frequently. It always has customers. I usually order the shrimp with vegetables in white sauce. The prices are very reasonable. The service is polite and efficient. They have recently moved up the street a block and have a new remolded dining room in the back.

I was so glad when I saw Mee Noodle in my moved neighborhood! I delivered noodle with shrimp at first and couldn’t wait for going there again for having another noodle soup in the same week! I got a duck with mee fun noodle soup and the clear soup tasted extraordinary and duck was so yummy! I was so full and happy!

Found a bug in my soup after eating a quarter of it… that’s all I have to say. I walked out. But maybe this is just one in a million type things… still ewww

A group of us ordered lunch take out today for the first time — and definitely the last time! We ordered the mei fun(meh), the shrimp with lobster sauce(ok; shrimp quality is good), drunken noodles with chicken(disappointing) and general tso’s chicken(horrible). Since my order was the general tso’s, I’ll elaborate. I was expecting the usual — chunks of chicken, breaded with that sauce — but no. What I got was a strange sight — chicken pounded so thin that some of it was just breading! And very tough — so that my plastic knife snapped as I tried to saw into it and sprayed sauce everywhere. Why no chicken chunks? The super-sweet/spicy sauce is too much without chunks of chicken to sop it up. The appetizers were average — FYI, you only get 2 chicken dumplings(too little) and 2 wontons in the wonton soup(this is typical). I’d tried this place for dinner take out once before(wonton soup with dumplings — good /spare ribs — good /wontons in peanut sauce — delicious) but after today, never again. The search for a good Chinese take-out place on the UES continues!

Went here for lunch takeout today. We ordered the lunch special– pad Thai with chicken and the drunken noodle. Both were delicious and each came with an appetizer for $ 8.95 each. Solid Chinese restaurant!

The wonton noodles are a great remedy for a sore throat. The broth is not salty nor oily. Fairly close to authentic Chinese food.

I’ve been going to this place for a while now. My boyfriend is a fan, he eats here since he was a young boy and keeps frequenting. The taste of the food is really neat and the ambiance is great for casual lunch/dinner.

I really enjoyed the duck soup with thin noodles. My only annoyance would be that they had not cut the bok choy or the duck’s bones, it was a chore to really eat this. The service was great and they gave out complimentary wonton sticks. I’d come back because the duck was really good!

I order from here at least once a month. Great wonton soup with vegetables and A Little Bit of Everything Soup. Spare Ribs. Usually Peking Duck is good. Shrimp is fine. Basil, Curry Fried Rice. Most of the menu and especially a side of plain noodles. I am a fan.

Eh it’s ok, not great. I’ve had better chinese food in the US midwest. At Mee Noodle I just stick with the standard dishes(general tso, kung pao, etc) since the quality isn’t high enough that I’m willing to try the duck or more adventurous dishes. Their pickup service is quick. The restaurant itself is clean and modern so it gets 4 stars for appearance.

They are on seamless for delivery only, since I live a few blocks away I prefer to pickup — to do so you need to call. Food is good, quick service. I like the Noodle Soup, Assorted Dumplings. It comes with broth, choice of noodle and 6 dumplings(2 pork, 2 chicken and 2 veggie). You can request to have just one, two or all three types of dumpling. I really like the chicken ones so I request 6 chicken. The actual restaurant is nice looking so I plan to eat there at some point.

My go to Chinese I try to go in to enjoy the lunch special under 10 $ when I can, but I order it delivery once or twice a week. 2 lunch specials last several meals for 2 people. Haven’t had anything I don’t like glad I was hungry and walking by. Check it out.

I’ve been sick for the last few days and have relied on this place for soup. It’s decent, but not overwhelmingly good. My husband, who loves American chinese food, thinks this place is awesome because they have delicious General’s Prawns, and General’s Flounder
