Really bad customer service!!! Don’t return my bag for no reason. Then waiting manager here for one hour!!! Easy to buy, hard to return. Never come again!!!

The Soho store is almost like a dream and the sales never annoyed me. I do not like being followed every single inches/​feet. When the sales do that, I like to leave the store fast ;)) This location definitely has a lot of styles to choose for. Just like Chanel in Soho is more funky than the rest of Chanel stores in NYC. Mulberry quality are okay though, my bag did not last long, I had torn the corner of my bucket bag. So, I never worn it anymore.

Pleasant shopping experience, everyone here is helpful. I have been eyeing few bags and finally purchased one today! T was so nice and helpful, I am so happy with my purchase, and I was slightly worried that she might not be there. I just learned that there is a shop in midtown, but I will be going back to Spring street:)

I had no intent to make a purchase that day. Really. No really!
But it was blindingly hot outside and I spied the store and figured it was deliciously air conditioned. What the heck? I could visit my chocolate brown messenger, moon over it a bit while I cooled off, then go on my merry way in search of ice cream.
However the salesperson was so delightful and lovely that I ended up falling under her charms!
Then she says, «Let me show you what we have on sale.» Out comes a beautiful brown satchel with double buckled straps on the front.
«It’s marked down 40%, and I’m happy to take off another 20% for you today.»
Well, now that I’d sucked down all their freshly air conditioned air, how could I say no? Ring me up!
Of course I checked the website upon returning to my hotel, and the additional 20% was not offered. AND a week later the sale price increased by $ 110!
Now that’s service with a gorgeous smile!
Hmm…I think I need a new briefcase.

Came in for a quick buy. The sales ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. Immediately upon entering, they greeted me and helped me right from the get-​go.
Mulberry compared to other luxury brands keep a nice low key profile, which I appreciate. I had bought a briefcase out in their London store while living there. Everything’s top notch and incredibly well made. You won’t be disappointed.

My brother who lives in Nottingham tells me to look into Mulberry as it is a popular brand for the British. Even though I wasn’t a big fan of the bags, I did like their fashion and accessory line. The staff greeted me warmly and was very helpful. The store décor was also very pretty and comfortable.

I’ve been a big fan of Mulberry bags for awhile now. The styles are timeless, and they don’t annoyingly cover every inch of their products with their mulberry tree logo. Also, I like the fact that Mulberry isn’t too popular in the States (yet), so I know I won’t run into a bunch of other women with my same bag.
I purchased the Alexa bag here back in June, but I had to bring it in today because it was showing some unusual wear on the leather lining. Without any question, the associate helping me said he could have it sent to Mulberry’s repair center in Jersey. The fixes will be free, since the problem occurred within 12 months of purchase (it’s part of the Mulberry guarantee), and normal turnaround time is around 3 – 4 weeks.
For bags past the 12-​month purchase period, they can still be sent to Mulberry’s repair center. I showed one of the associates my beat-​up Mabel from 2008, and he said I could get it fixed and cleaned up for around $ 100. I might have to take him up on that in the future!
Customer service has always been top-​notch when I’ve visited. Unlike most designer boutiques, the associates here don’t look down on you or treat you like crap if you’re not decked out head to toe in haute couture. When I needed advice on a men’s belt a few months ago, I had 3 associates taking the time to help me! I really appreciated it. The men’s cuff links here are beautifully crafted and uniquely designed, too. I’ve seem some beautiful clothes for women… I can justify paying a lot for a nice bag, but I can’t yet justify shelling out $ 1000 for a skirt or dress. I get a lot more frequent use out of a bag!
Overall, highly recommend, and if you’ve never heard of Mulberry before, definitely check them out if your style is classy and elegant. This store is definitely the largest and most beautifully laid out in NYC. If you’re eyeing a particular product, try to see what the likelihood would be of it going on sale. Mulberry has a sale twice a year (I believe June and December), and products are typically 20%-50% off!

The staff here are so accommodating. They are super nice and are willing to listen to your issues about the product you purchased. They replaced mine (which had a defect), no questions asked (unlike the store on Madison Avenue).

Been a fan of Mulberry for about 6 years now ever since I bought my first purchase, the Roxanne from Saks. But I love the Spring street location. Went there yesterday to purchase the Postman Lock Hobo that I had been eyeing for a while. The staff there are wonderful. Just pleasant and helpful. Store is fab. What can I say, I’m obsessed with this brand.

Great customer service and great selection. This is one of the bigger mulberry stores I’ve gone too. However, call ahead for certain products to make sure they’re in stock. They sold out of black Bayswaters among other things.

Clothes simply sophisticated and understated. If you want a bit more flash, this is not the store for you. The bags are beautiful and pricey, move the decimal point to the right after another zero. Limited edition Alexa ostrich $ 6250. As much as I like to stand out from the crowd, will have to pass on that one. No logo on the bags which is a plus. Maybe another time.

I had no idea this store existed… until FNO 2011.
I just wandered in randomly and move to the back of the store and got myself nice and buzzed with endless blackberry mojitos. The store is huge and everything is in gold. I found it to be a bit gaudy for my taste, but I am not passing up free alcohol.
I later find out that this is a British brand and now everything clicks in my head. That explains why the bartenders and store clerks were wearing bright red guard uniforms. Just for a moment there, I thought they were just being cheeky.
There is no way I could ever or want to afford this store. I mean, why does a handbag cost $ 950? I don’t care what it is made of, it shouldn’t cost almost a month’s rent to buy material items. Sigh. What is this world coming to?
Oh well, at least I got inebriated here. I like the charity they give to poor people like myself.

I am more into French fashion than British — I am definitely NOT a fan of Mulberry bags.
There’s really nothing extraordinary designed or special regarding to their aesthetics.
I like Mulberry’s clothing more than their accessory lines.
But I really do love the layout of this store… what can I say — I love GOLD.
