History
Established in 1993.
Mustang Grill opened in New York City in 1993. The concept was designed and developed by the Crnobori family who still serve as owners/operators. It was their success with the Sunset Grill in Sag Harbor, L.I., that provoked them to open Mustang. Karl, an architect, his wife Carol, a designer, their nephew Rob Olsen and their son Chris, a chef graduate of the New York Restaurant School combined their skills to create Mustang Grill.

Rob and Carol are a Nephew/Aunt team of business owners dedicated to serving the highest quality Southwestern cuisine, the best margaritas around, an incomparable tequila selection and second to none guest service. Mustang Grill has set the example for the past 17 years and looks forward to continuing that tradition for years to come!
