I needed to change my locks quickly, and I was expecting a long and stressful ordeal. The man on the phone was so well-​spoken and helpful, and the technician was fast and extremely professional. Problem solved within an hour. What excellent customer service! I did not think calling a locksmith would make me calmer and restore my faith in humanity. (Ha HA! I guess I’ve been in the city too long.)
