Beyond disappointed. As many of my go-​to laundry places have closed I decided to give this place a shot. My first experience was about four stars: clothes were clean, folded well but they delivered a day after I was expecting my clothes.
Fast forward to today. My clothes were to arrive yesterday by 6pm (more than 24 hours for them to clean and deliver). I asked multiple times if it would be delivered on time. Assured me yes. As of right now no clothes delivered despite two calls today saying it was in its way. Now when I went to pick it up myself it is closed. Not acceptable, especially leading into a holiday weekend. Hope my family is ok with me wearing workout gear to Thanksgiving.

I love this place, I come here often because it is usually the cheapest place around, though often because of that they have a 2 day service for most drop offs. So if you don’t need your clothes back the same day, I would recommend this. No one here speaks great english though so if you have any specific instructions, it can be had explaining them. Other then that, this place is great. The girls are hard workers and I always get my clothes back clean and folded great. They don’t accept cards and I don’t know if they deliver. But cheap, definitely.
