DK is the man. Drop my bag of laundry off and he knows who I am, so I can just dash without getting a tag. Becomes more affordable as your laundry weight goes up.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. I used to get great service here until recently. On Monday, I dropped off a white blazer and was told to pick it up today. I went to pick it up and it looked even worse than when I dropped it off! I usually have no problem checking out the garment before paying and taking it home, but today I got major attitude when I told the guy behind the counter that there’s a stain that was not there when I dropped off the blazer. The response I got was «give me the money faster.» I asked him to clean it again and he kicked me out, demanding the money! Seriously?! I will not pay for a half-​assed job and will either try to salvage the blazer myself or find another cleaner. I love the fact that Hong’s is around the corner from me, but this place just lost a customer thanks to attitude and lack of manners. Now, does anyone have any tips for salvaging the blazer or recommendations for another dry cleaner’s?

This place is great — cheaper than anywhere else I’ve tried, and they do an incredible job. They managed to get a RED marker stain out of an otherwise WHITE dress, they washed my large throw pillows, they even hem and fix things (I had a bow fall of a dress and they happily re-​affixed it). I love this place and drop stuff off at least twice a week. Everything is always ready in 1 – 2 days.

I’m so happy to have found a decent dry cleaner so quickly in this neighborhood (then again, it seems there are dozens of options). Everything I’ve sent out has come back quickly, well-​cleaned and without stains. Service is computerized and they accept most credit cards.
The plant is on premises but they send their tailoring/​alterations a few blocks down the street; everything is still ready before you know it (or before I can get there, in my case). They’re open 7 – 7, Monday-​Saturday.
