OhCuisine, OMG. Chef Gary Settles brings it when it comes to catering. Gary specializes in small bites and appetizers. At the art show for Adam Rhodes at Space on White in Tribeca, Chef made endive boats filled with shrimp topped with horseradish mayo, lean pork shoulder with tangy apple and golden raisins, and finally grilled chicken skewers with a divine soy ginger dipping sauce. It was evident that Chef used the freshest ingredients and put his heart into everything served that night.
