Don’t use this store! We needed a new stand for our TV and thought would be a good option since they’re part of bestbuy. We were wrong. The information we got from their site, was incorrect. We searched our model TV and order the stand and parts that they recommended. When it arrived, it was not correct. We called customer service and they could have cared less. Made little effort to correct the situation. We asked if they would expedite the correct stand and they wouldn’t. Ordering direct from LG now and have wasted over a week. After this, I searched them online and alot of people have had the same problem…

What a rip-off this place is! I tried ordering a part for my Sayno toaster on their web site which had a vague description of the item. I called the«customer support», spoke to a woman who said she couldn’t get me a better description of the part but to order it and I could then«return it». Of course it was the wrong part! I tried explaining all of this to their return rep but I was told I now have to pay to return the wrong part because she never placed«notes» in their system regarding our conversation. I did send an email to Sayno directly & am waiting a reply from them

Their Tag Line is that they are open 7 days a week, but if you need help or want to cancel an order just after you placed it, then they are not open. I placed an order on Sunday morning, I realized I had accidentally hit the wrong part after the order was confirmed. Minutes afterward I said to cancel the order through their address. On Monday I got no response, I re-sent the email on Tuesday after checking the status of the order online saying it was«Pending». I got the part on Wednesday. Then on Thursday, NEWYEARSDAY, I get a mail saying sorry it was too late. They purposely waited to respond until I got the product so I could not block the charge on my card. I had asked the part to be shipped overnight and I got 2 day service also. They say they can accept a return, but I would lose the rediculous overnight charge of $ 30 to ship a CD and the cost to ship it back. The CD only cost $ 20. Order from anywhere else but here. Their shipping costs are way too high and their customer service is non-existant. You will be sad if their is any problem.
