Best time to go is during the week in the afternoon. Had to get my headphones replaced and was out in less than 20min. Unlike the Apple Store in grand central where I’d be left waiting over an hour. Thought about buying an Apple Watch, but they guy assigned to help me wasn’t really all that helpful.

Decent selection– probably best to call to confirm if a product is in stock as certain items are definitely limited. I came here on a weekday off peak and there were limited sales reps on the floor. Constantly had to go and ask someone to help.
