They were assigned to me, as part of a plan they themselves participate in. After calling them twice, and being told they would call me back twice, (the second time by an ostensible attorney named Mathilda), and after waiting a week, I got fed up and went elsewhere. I’ll never deal with them again, and put in an official complaint to our shared service. (And I am a doctor, not some penniless illegal immigrant, which shows you how unprofessional they are — or maybe they pretend to be part of the services plan, and they ONLY work for penniless illegal immigrants, so if you fall into the latter category, indeed call them.)
