I don’t know why I come here, honestly. Why am I wasting two hours for an oil change, when I see no other customers waiting? Why is a synthetic oil change $ 90?! Why, when I try to use a coupon for a synthetic oil change, do they try to weasel their way out of honoring the coupon?
Then they make it seem like they’re doing you a favor by «not charging you» or doing a «complementary» service, that I never even asked for.
Not to mention, every time I come here, they always try to tell me X, Y & Z is wrong with my vehicle as well. Like, really, I came here for an oil change that you’re already ripping me off for. I don’t have deep pockets.
Thieves. Honestly. Luckily synthetic oil changes are every 6 months so I only have to deal with these jerks twice a year.
The ONLY reason they’re getting ANY stars from me is because the chairs in their waiting area is comfortable. The chairs get the star. Good going, chair!

Made an appointment for 3:00 arrived at 2:45 did not take my truck until 3:25. Right now it’s 4:00 and my truck still is not done. It’s only an oil change. Next time I will go to 10 minute oil change. What’s the sense of making a appointment? UPDATE. 4:07 was just told they put the wrong oil in it was not Mobil 1 synthetic. There changing it again. At least they told me.: finally out of there at 4:22.

I was the first customer in (they had to unlock the door to the office) and got an oil change and tire rotation. They took over an hour to get this done, after bumping me to take care of another customer who was returning because his vehicle was leaking oil after one of their oil changes.
The only reason I came in was because they’re open earlier than any other place in the area, and I was desperate for an oil change. Next time I need an oil change, I’ll just plan on going in to work late, and go to a locally owned garage instead.

Manager was cool, calm, and collective. Came in because I had a flat and handled a routine tire change with calmness and ease despite people rushing in at the same moment.
Can’t give this place 5 stars because its basically just a service Pep Boys. You won’t find all the cool accessories and essentials in this place as in other shops.
