Really dislike how they give 1 sauce for tenders in the 5 dollar box meal. How in earth can 1 sauce be enough for all those tenders ???

Chicken is good but cheap and worst customer service is what makes this place horrible. Can’t believe they charge .25 cents for extra sauce even though ppl spend money ordering food. Never have I experienced more attitude when asking for extra sauce in any fast food joint. This lack of customer service is what leaves me with a bad taste of ever eating here again!

service was quick, food was hot and fresh even though chicken was already cooked and under the warmer lights. I ordered three pieces of chicken only (didnt want fries or drink) and really wanted 4 pieces. I was told that either you get 3 pieces for around $ 5 bucks or 5 pieces for $ 10. I think if they were going to double the price on the 3 piece order you should get 6 pieces instead of 5.

Probably the only fast food takes out I love. Who doesn’t like Popeye’s fried chicken? Never fail you when you’re debating on what to eat on a cold night while driving down 86th street area. You can smell the fried chicken from miles away. Spicy fried chicken with sweet heat sauce is the bomb.
Five stars for the chicken and popcorn shrimp.

This is our GO TO when I can’t dinner going for the day. I tell you, every time a new deal comes out, we run here !! I love how clean it is when we walk in. The staff is nice and always smiling. I saw how they helped out someone who had a problem with their order, everyone came to help and the person even got a freebie for the mix up. That was very nice. They made sure that the customer left smiling. That is important for me to see. Great Job guys!

I was so hungry and decided to get some fried chicken at this location. The place is nice, big and have a lot of seats. The fried chicken itself is juicy and tasty but only one thing I really don’t like is staff. The lady name KUI is not friendly while she taking my orders. The way she using her voice is not nice at all. It seems like she doesn’t want to work or she might stressed out from working. I am also working in the restaurant business but I’ve never acted like she does. Your job is to make your service good and kindly as possible to your customers.

Food is really good here. I always come here after work when I’m really tired and don’t want to cook. If you need after work and is lazy to cook then come here. Staff is always kind to me and they are fast when packing up.

Just went in and bought my chickens. Customer service was extremely poor. I asked if I could slightly change my order, Kui was at the register and was very rude to me. She was still very rude when hanging out the food. Threw it on the table and walked away. Not coming back again. I suggest if your boyfriend dump you, call out if work, don’t come in.

Definitely a to go place when you’re hungry! The place is nicely cleaned and the workers have good attitudes. They have my favorite fries here and the biscuits are amazing. The flavoring and such is really rich and delicious. Talking about this just makes me want this again!

Always love Popeyes and always will. Sometime if you go near closing shift, you get an extra chicken or two because they have extras and would throw them out otherwise. Best fried chicken around the neighborhood. The smell even reaches across the street

Sucks that i came here on a friday where i cant eat chicken… worse that even though there isnt alot of patrons the service is super slow. The staff get annoyed when u correct them (its hard to multi task between texting and trying to get an order right. The décor isnt outstanding. in fact.its a bit tacky.
Their saving grace. the cajun fish was delicious

The new spice box special is dirt cheap, $ 3.99 and it comes with 5 — 8 strips of chicken tenders, a biscuit and a free side! (I had cajun fries cause what better way to eat fried chicken than with fries? Am I right?) What better deal can you get? Popeyes over KFC any day.

Popeyes has the best fried chicken — EVER! I’ve been to many famous — chic — trendy restaurants that are known for their fried chicken but I always come back to my Popeyes regularly. The chicken is consistently finger licking good. Crispy skin, juicy meat (even the breasts) and extremely flavorful. I always get the spicy version. The sides are also good. My favorites are the seasoned fries and mashed potatoes (the meat gravy really makes it).
If you go on their website, you can print out coupons. If you don’t have time for that, they always have promotions so look at posters and signs when you get there.

Popeye’s…oh how I love your chicken! I would forgo any other fast food in favor of yours. The biscuits are delicious (so high in calories, though) and I also enjoy the mashed potatoes with gravy. Are they instant? Who cares. There’s something very comforting about fried foods that you eat with your hands… just don’t judge me when I lick my fingers afterward.
They can be a little slow here, but I assume it’s because they are busy frying fresh chicken so I’ll let it slide.

I don’t eat fast food but once in a very blue moon I cave and only go to Popeyes because I’m a sucker for those fries and tenders.
This location gets a 4 from me, even thought it’s a fast food joint simply because it’s clean and staff is so friendly and joke around. Most spots like these are not well kept and skeeve me out so well done Popeye’s bensonhurst!

I try to stay away from fast food now a days but if I have to cave in, would have to be with Popeyes
I like this location because its close to home, and the staff is always nice, and jokes around.
My biggest problem with this Popeyes is that it is Cash only, which is also a good problem in a way because I never have cash on me and can not be tempted to buy.
