This is an excellent recipe book. The food is not only nutritious, it tastes fabulous! Robin helps busy people prepare meals that are easy and convenient. Her «morphing» philosophy is genius — — you prepare a large quantity of something one night, then use the left overs in other tasty meals on the following nights or whenever you want. Because the left overs are used in recipes that are totally different from the original recipe, you never get tired of what you’re eating. Try the roasted salmon with sweet-​n-​hot mustard glaze, then use the left overs for the asian salmon cakes. These are the bomb! The roasted chicken with smokey apricot sauce is amazing. My family raves about this chicken, it’s so good and easy to make. I have worn out my copy of this coook book and have given it away many times as a gift. For a first time cook or someone who knows their way around a kitchen, this book is a keeper. Buy it, try the recipes and enjoy. You will not be sorry.

Does anyone actually eat what she makes — yes quick fix if you have an army behind you preparing and fixing everything — O you can just get this at your deli store — sorry not everyone lives next to a supper wall mart so now its not that quick and easy is it?
