It takes 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. They put me on hold FIVE times during the phone call. The service is not good.

They have an amazing team of doctors, and the staff is very friendly when you arrive they ask you how may I help you? I never wait very long to be sent to the proper area. They make the uncomfortable part of the exam comfortable and always pleasant. I will continue go there for as long as I have to. Thank to the doctors and to the staff GREAT PLACE!!!

Mixed review. I had two good visits and two that were miserable. They’ve been really great about scheduling and provide good environment but turned screen away from view for ultrasounds which is scary and they wouldn’t answer basic factual questions. Acted like it was above my clearance level when I asked for my own medical info. it was like the monty python skit where they tell the pregnant woman «youre not qualified!». glad i dont have to come back here anymore. i submitted requests for my records following their protocol. staff confirmed receipt by email. but weeks passed and no records were sent. i followed up three times by email. no response. i had much better experiences getting preg ultrasounds at Mt Sinai — total communication and respect there. but i would still rec this place for imaging in a pinch.

The front desk woman was rude and unhelpful– not the experience you want when you have to get an MRI. I have had an MRI of the head/​neck at another location before– which was unremarkable as MRI’s go. However this time, the tech wedge some «pillows» though they might as well have been made of wood between my head and the «cage» they have to put your head in for a cervical MRI. My head was pulsing the whole time because the wedges were in so tight, it felt like my brain was going to explode, and I was dizzy and nauseous for the rest of the day. Then the tech told me it took longer because I moved. Yes I did, I was trying not to pass out from having those wedges jamming into my temples. Again, this is not my first MRI – I know how to hold still. This was horrible– I won’t be using them again. Also, the CD they gave me didn’t work– the doctors office couldn’t open it (pc), and neither could I (apple).

For the last four years I’ve had my mammograms at Rosetta. I’m just leaving and felt compelled to share what an amazing team they have that makes an uncomfortable process a positive one. The facilities are state of the art and the entire staff is caring. What made today super special was the time the doctor spent showing me my images for the last four years to explain how they have remained constant and all is well. What a relief!

I’m not in love with the folks at the front desk, nor in love with the waiting area process, but really… who would be, and are moments like these ever going to be «good» ones?
The doctors however were wonderful. The test I had done was not an everyday test, and not pleasant for anyone, but these doctors made me feel safe and comfortable. They even managed to make me laugh. Good bedside manners are hard to find.

I’ve gone to Rossetta twice. Both positive experiences. Follow-​up was recommended, they did it on the spot and seemed intent on making sure I understood what they saw and when I should return.
The vibe is very caring and professional.
A mammogram is never fun, but I would recommend this place.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. I continue to return because they take my insurance and I like Melanie (who tends the desk on their 2^nd floor location) and Dr. Stanley Rosenfeld. The techs do the radiology tests unattended and twice, the woman doing sonagrams on me (Natalia) got very offended and bitchy when I asked her to talk to the doctor before doing the procedure. If you want a doctor present to make sure they do it correctly, they may refuse to be in the room due to not having the time– this happened twice, once with Dr. Mark Pinals, who explained fairly nicely why he didn’t need to be there so I guess he’s OK, and with Ayala Rosenbaum, the daughter of one of the founding member doctors, who after making me wait quite a while to look at the images, gave me awhat turned out to be an overreaction to something she saw on them, and wanted me to do a biopsy on the spot. I returned 6 mos later and saw my usual, Dr. Stanley Rosenfeld, who repeated the procedure personally and said she had overreacted and no biopsy was needed. The worst thing, which I have already complained to the office about and hopefully it has been remedied, is that the mammogram woman did a mammogram on me without any radiation apron, when I had written on the form that I was trying to conceive. I suppose I should have caught this myself but I was jetlagged and exhausted and being more passive than usual. Be on your guard and insist on time with their doctors, and maybe the money you save will be worth your visit. Except for Ayaya Rosenbaum, the doctors seem to be very good and the sonogram tech, at least, is highly competent, just bitchy.

If I could give less than a star I would.
I was called twice during a snow storm and asked to come early because of in climate weather but never offered to reschedule for another day.
When I arrived 30 mins early I was quickly through reception and upstairs to change for exam. There I waited for 30 mins watching three others go ahead of me that came later. When my appt did start (on time not early as they had requested I do) a tech started my ultrasound then grabbed her coat saying he had to beat the weather and left me in the exam room waiting for someone to finish my exam.
I waited more than 20 mins for someone to return to the room!
Complete unprofessional ism horrible bedside manner and beyond all else disorganized to rush people to your practice then have all your employees leave early.
Find someplace better. Any place.

Beware of front desk staff. NYC attitudes and rude. They can be very rude. If you can get passed that, then yes, as Jane says, state-​of-​the-​art equipment, on-​spot readings, super nice, attentive and knowledgeable (obvi) doctors/​healthcare staff.

I don’t think I could say enough good things about Rosetta. The doctors, technicians, support staff… all of them equally as kind, competent, understanding and patient as you would ever want them to be. Their technology is definitely state-​of-​the-​art and you feel like you are getting the best care possible. Go here, you will not be sorry!

I go here for mammography. I work in healthcare and feel like this office is what breast imaging *should* be like: state-​of-​the-​art equipment, prompt service, and on-​the-​spot readings. This is key: Your mammogram is read before you leave, so that if a follow-​up image is needed, they will do it on the spot. No call-​backs, no weeks of anxiety about what statistically is likely to be not an issue. The facility is women-​friendly and efficient. I never thought I would actually walk out of a mammogram feeling like it was a great experience, but these guys are excellent. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Rosetta for years, since they were on 5^th Avenue. I would follow them even if they were on Long Island. Dr. Sonnenblick actually sees me after my mammo. Very good experience
