I went hear and I asked the lady to cut my ends and I ended up going home bald headed. Never going back here again

When I went there there was very horrible smoke all over the salon, you barely could see a people inside there… Smells like chemicals… I just was in shocked and I left… Also customer service is bad, nobody greetings you and they will never ask you «how can I help you?», even if you stay there forever at the door…

I’d been coming to Santa and Melania since I was a teenager many moons ago and stopped coming because it’s a little bit of a trek but it is worth it for the quality. I went to a few salons over the past two years and though they were good, they just didn’t compare. My hair is up to my waist and they only charge me $ 20 (on weekends) come on a weekday and everyone is $ 15… WHAT?! You’ll probably pay more for a sandwich and a non fat latte!
There’s always a few characters in here because it is still in Harlem and you get the man selling stolen purses and clothing as well as the lady selling jewelry, the man with his shopping cart selling pastelitos and morir soñando but it’s part of the experience lol.
