We are a full service optical store .We have over 1000 Sunglass styles on display as well as over 1200 prescription frames on display. All of our frames are accessible to our customers to try on without assistance. Our doctors of optometry will do a complete comprehensive eye exam .We stock most contact lens prescriptions and can fit you with the latest most comfortable contacts. We have a complete lab on the premises and can have your Eyewear ready in as little as 3 hours.

History

Established in 2014.

Specs RX was established in June 2014, by husband and wife team Scott and Carol Denaro. Scott and Carol decided to expand their practice, Harbor Optics, in Far Rockaway to a second location in Manhattan. Being in business for 28 years at their first location, they had an idea to open a minimalistic, chic’, state of the art practice.
