Great service, employees always have smiles. I’m not a big coffee drinker, but their frappuccinos are addictive.

I love Starbucks. It understands my app is in £, and converts it into $ or € or the local currency, my Starbucks app has been my loyal solider for some time now. I can’t cook, which means I eat a lot of Starbucks food and(on a serious note) as ‘American’ style coffee goes, nobody does it quite like you, you gorgeous green mermaid thingy.

Great friendly employees. The coffee is absolutely horrible mind you the iced coffee and frappachinos are delicious! Also in love with the flourless chocolate chewy cookie! It is to die for!

Anyone who knows me knows that I’m not the biggest fan of Starbucks. This Starbucks was a great place to get a hot tea. It was really warm and inviting. the staff was very friendly. The manager actually let us shoot some stuff for a photo shoot here. It did get a bit crowded. Most of the people that were coming in we’re just getting coffee or tea and leaving they weren’t staying in hanging around. They have a bar style seating area that goes along the whole entire wall of the Starbucks with hightop tables. If you’re in the area I recommend coming to the Starbucks. It’s warm, it’s inviting the staff is friendly and it has a modern look to it.

When I want to relax and read a book in a cozy place I go to this starbucks on Hudson street. It is very cozy and pretty quiet for place as starbucks. Guys who work there are great, they are always so kind to me and i feel really comfortable spending hours there. I think it is weird to give a starbucks 5 starts but i promise, i deserves more.

This used to be my favourite location and may become that again once the nearly all new staff gets trained. Also, the interior design of this location was altered so that it made it more difficult for people to move through the store with their strollers, children, drinks, etc. I think that in trying to make more space they made less by putting a stool –bar up in between the register and the few tables there are. Other than that it is a great location. I wish they would add outdoor seating. It would be frequented even more if that were offered.

I have to agree with everyone else… A starbucksisastarbucksisastarbucksisastarbucks. BUT this location is amazing, and while there are others closer to me, if I am in need of a Starbucks fix I will re-route myself to go to this location. It is smaller, low key, and the service over and over again has been nothing but personable and friendly. And not in a fake, overly smiley kind of way. Friendly in a «I really enjoy working here and I am glad you like it here too» kind of way. Whoever hires here has got it right.

Well Starbucks is Starbucks, but this particular location… wow! Super clean bathrooms. Very clean in general. I will definitely use this bathroom again.

Awesome spot, so low key and friendly service. Its just a coffee spot but I think the location just adds a nice vibe to the pleasant purchase of your favorite cup of whatever. Hudson Street is kinda laid back and this place gives you that same laid back feeling. I like that ! My Iced Mocha Latte was great and this location just wants me to come back for more.

I’m always pleased with the quality of Starbucks. The baristas were super sweet and helpful. I got directions and I love that I can try a new flavor and see if I like it before I actually purchase it. That exactly what I did. I wasn’t pleased but I got another one and it was relish. An iced white mocha with whip. Very sweet but very good. Great location and if you need a caffeine boost then make a pit stop here!

I love the people that work here. They always remember my drink, and my name. They’re super-friendly and make it a pleasure to come in to the store.

Cosy location with bar stools and enough table and seats for patrons to sit around, read the paper and sip on their coffee. Very relaxing and guess what, if you are waiting for Employees Only to open, come by and caffeine up before you go!(jk on the caffeine)

It’s a Starbucks, right? But I gave it 5 stars. Confusion! Shock! Not at all, if you stop in here. You’ll understand. NICE people. Not just nice, but friendly. Smiling, making conversation as they mix the drinks up. It was so lovely and wonderful that paired with my mint hot chocolate, I actually left with a smile on my face. My husband, who hates Starbucks as a rule, even commented on how cool everyone was. 5 stars on service alone! :)(Otherwise, it was run-of-the-mill Starbucks drinks. Good but not mind-blowing).

Had an awesome experience at this Starbucks! I know we see them everywhere and usually I’m just in and out. But yesterday I need a place to work for a few hours and Wifi was a requirement. Found this gem nearby and parked myself in a window seat with a great view and an outlet. The staff was sweet, efficient and funny. It is indeed a small store but there are 6 window seats and it you don’t mind not being able to spread out, it definitely works. I was there for 5 hours — lunch and a pm snack — and had no complaints. And when I left, I forgot my phone in the bathroom… walked ½ a block, realized, came back… and they were holding it for me at the register! Great place… great staff!

I would normally not critique a Starbucks-they’re so ubiquitous and so hit or miss(usually miss). We entered into this one because my wife had to use the bathroom. When she went to look for it, of course, it was locked and could only be used if you were a patron. Being the good husband, I purchased a bitter double macchiato from the woman who had been eyeing us when we had gone looking for the bathroom. «it’s in use» she said with anger in her eyes. We waited about ten minutes as several others came in asking for the same privilege from the queen. I heard her complain to her coworker«that’s all they ever want». Needless to say, the bathroom continued to be «in use» even after fifteen minutes. We left-if I had the balls of a New Yorker, I would have peed on the front door. That would have taught that toilet-nazi a lesson. Perhaps if they concentrated less on the bathroom and more on making coffee, they could eventually acquire the skill necessary to produce an acceptable cup of espresso.

Service and products are fine — my complaint today is about the bathroom. No TPAND the soap dispenser is broken… hopefully just a short-term oversight. I’ll keep coming here for coffee, but I’d recommend finding facilities elsewhere.

I agree w/Ryan Robbins about this Starbucks location – it’s small and often crowded, but the baristas are awesome and friendly! I typically only go to this location when I’m heading to co-work w/a friend in the West Village, so I’m usually just in and out because I’m in a hurry. Luckily, the barristas seems to always be on their toes, so I get my «bold red eye with no room» served up lickity-split. Note that if you’re looking to park yourself and work with your computer for a while, it would be tough at this location because the space is small. Nonetheless, I do see folks in there bent over their laptops every time I visit. Maybe they’re secretly paparazzi hoping to see one of the local celebrities =)

So a Starbucks is just a Starbucks, right? WRONG. The fact that I even remembered this one’s location out of the 7298347230 shops in the city attests to how fondly I look back on my one-time experience there. Granted, a lot of external factors that have nothing to do with the actual upkeep and quality of this shop have affected my judgment, but I’m sure they’ll be glad to take the bonus points anyway. First, there are a ton of outlets and seats available, which is basically a gift from the Wifi heavens to any laptop-toting customer who doesn’t plan on budging for a considerable amount of time(ie: me, anywhere). I needed somewhere to wait and eat for three hours while getting my passport renewed from the agency across the street and this Starbucks more than delivered. With its super hospitable sit-and-stay atmosphere, rare busy hours, and unobtrusive music volume, I was aaaalmost tempted to stretch out on the cushioned bench and get some shut-eye. Alas, even I live by a certain(admittedly low) standard of public propriety. I also accidentally left my laptop charger there, only to realize an entire WEEKEND later in a fit of panic and freaking out and desperate plea-making to my friend to pick it up for me after work. Lo and behold, they still had it! Which says something about the type of both the customers and employees who retrieved and safely stored it for me, no? My one gripe was that right before I left, I kinda sorta may or may not have gotten locked in the bathroom. And by that, I mean I did. I furiously banged on the door while shouting for someone, ANYONE to let me out as I had to pick up my passport in the next five minutes only to resignedly contemplate taking out my phone, looking up the number of the store, calling them, and letting them know that I’m sorry, but I seem to have locked myself in their bathroom and would they be so kind as to open the door at their earliest convenience? Right when I was reaching for my phone to make said mortifying call, however, a toilet paper-replenishing employee came bursting in and greeted me with a bewildered expression as I attempted to explain why I had been rattling the door handle like a crazy person. Pressed for time, I gave up mid-sentence and settled for rushing past him yelling, «YOU’REMYPERSONALSAVIOR!!!» in my wake. All in all, a lovely place.

Tucked into a quiet corner in the West Village, this Starbucks lacks the frenetic pace and crowdedness of most NYC Starbucks locations. I got a Pike Place roast with soy and it was delicious. And the barista complimented my old-man sweater. Bonus brownie points!

Since I can’t edit the address of this place and I accidentally wrote this review for the wrong one, I’m going to edit my review for this location of Starbucks which I did go to a lot while visiting NYC. It’s a smaller Starbucks, so there isn’t a lot of space to work. But since it is in the heart of the west village, the baristas are mostly cute gay men. Very friendly and a great view of Hudson street, you may even catch a glimpse of a few celebs walking by!
