Swift Copy Printing

Torn between a 1 and a 2 star review. My first and simple postcard project was fine. However when I needed to get a pamphlet printed things got messy. At every step of the way I had to contact them to see if a) they received my files b) they had started on the project c) was the project ready to be picked up? I specifically called to make sure the files I submitted were in the correct format, they said yes. The next day I called to check on progress, they looked at my files and said I had to make some changes. It was just a hassle and I felt like they didn’t care at all about my project (for a local animal rescue non-​profit). Then after approving a correct proof, they ended up printing the same page twice in the final printing. I didn’t realize until after pick-​up. I know now to be more careful. An email to them about this elicited no response. Maybe I could have gone back but I just wanted to «move on.» I won’t be using them again — for sure.

What begins well– by email, ends up really bad per phone and in person. They sent work before showing the proof and after finding mistake in proof they still printed incorrectly.
They are really rude on the phone and raised a few times on a number of people from our office so we will never return.
Really not worth it, found places 2 – 3 dollars more per poster with amazing service… they are rude and lie, do not go if you want to have no stress.

I was in a serious bind, working on a commercial, when my producer dropped the ball at the 8^th hour. I had to print 1000 stickers with specific design requirements from a demanding client as well. The entire job had to bel completed by COB.
I contacted 4 companies at 8AM, Swift Copy Printing got back to me first with a fair quote and a guarantee of delivery.
Well… they delivered big time! That were on time, on budget and I was really impressed with the manager and the overall customer service.
I would recommend this printer to any of my colleagues in commercial film production.

I ordered a poster from these guys with exact dimensions of the height and width. They switched the dimensions around and I got a poster that was the wrong size, despite my detailed instructions. I understand that mistakes happen. When I asked them to kindly correct their mistake (by phone and email) and re-​do the poster to the correct dimensions that I originally gave them, they ignored me. They never corrected the problem or responded to my inquiries. Not very professional. I would only recommend using these guys in a bind. Their customer service is poor.

I highly recommend this place. Needed company stickers created same day for a conference. Called numerous places for the same job, but all were double the price and would take twice as long.
Took less than an hour to complete entire job. I will definitely be back soon.

After a near panic when I needed to make two 8′ x 9′ vinyl prints and the place that I had lined up fell through, Swift Copy came through. I called approximately 15 different printing shops and they were not only the cheapest, but also had one of the largest printer that could print this large job as a single sheet.
The product came back beautifully and quickly. I was extremely grateful and pleased!

Worst service ever. I was told yes they can print my cards & went in the next day to pick up my order & was told we can’t do that. They also yelled at me telling me that I didn’t give them a deposit, which they never asked for. I will never be back. Two bad experiences with them was enough.

We used Swift Copy for our wedding invitations. They have an enormous selection of fancy, formal invitations (stop by and page through their album) but we just wanted something very simple – something that a lot of invitation companies don’t offer. We also wanted it bilingual – so, two-​sided – which they were able to do, no problem. The paper was a really nice quality. They were very friendly and worked with us to make an invitation set that we liked, for a relatively low cost.
There was only one hiccup when our RSVP envelopes first got delayed at the printers and then they came in wrong (which Swift Copy caught before giving them to us), but they were very apologetic and kindly comped us some blank envelopes, since we had ordered them a little bit too last minute anyway and didn’t have time to wait for the corrected ones to come in. I work in retail – this kind of thing happens and is often beyond our control. But the way they handled this kind of hiccup though was excellent, and that’s what’s important.
We’re planning on ordering our programs from them this week!

HORRIBLE experience! total lack of attention to detail. crop marks completely ignored. can’t imagine why they’re still in business…

I love this little, crazy-​sign-​filled spot. They beat all competitor’s price for business cards and they apparently can do and make any sign or print job. I even stumbled into a Vivienne Westwood sample sale right after walking out of here.
More on the business cards: My company was using a company for a very long time and the price for a set of cards seemed excessive. FedEx-Kinko’s couldn’t match the fonts and paper quality in-​house but Swift nailed it.
