She brings over 25 years of teaching experience to her work. Appointments available in Chelsea and Park Slope.

What is the Alexander Technique? AT is a way to improve how we move. Since its development over 100 years ago, many people have used the Alexander Technique to change posture habits, release tension, avoid strain and recuperate from injuries. AT Motion offers lessons and classes for actors, dancers and musicians who rely on it to enhance their skill and performance levels. Anyone who uses a computer will find it helps alleviate «text neck», shoulder pain and prevents repetitive stress injuries. The Alexander Technique addresses a overall approach to living with less stress and strain. People use it to gain more awareness of self and of their surroundings, to learn how to stop rushing through life and to communicate with more authentic body language.
