I often frequent this little gem of a shop and buy multiple china sets for the extravagant dinner parties I have at my 4 story brownstone in the West Village — YEAHRIGHT!!! But in all seriousness — about 8 or so years ago I came across this shop and would just walk in and ogle at the gorgeous china, porcelain, etc. What makes this place so great is the customer service — as if you are purchasing a rare item from a museum curator. They know the history of each piece and always hand this very delicate object to you to hold and say«enjoy»! Love it! Just wish I had the funds to buy everything I wanted. I suggest you wander in and just«enjoy»!

An absolutely amazing shop with absolutely amazing people. They ordered me a $ 6,000 cake plate just so I could see it in person!

I don’t love porcelain or really fancy tea sets, but I do enjoy looking at them. And the people are SO nice. Even if you’re not buying anything, you can just chat with them… and they’ll tell you all sorts of interesting things about their collections.
