History

Established in 2011.

Train P3 was created by Nerijus Bagdonas in 2011. It’s a multi-​modal strength and conditioning method to help people move better and become more functional, strong, explosive and healthy athletes/​humans. Train P3 specializes in training dancers, aerialists and other bodyweight athletes, but this method is ideal for anyone who wants to perform, look and feel their best.

We use techniques from various bodyweight conditioning modalities, like martial arts, parkour, gymnastics, animal movements and yoga as well as traditional strength training, olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. We use these discliplines to create a well rounded training program that helps each client become stronger, more flexible, coordinated, agile and explosive.
