Ultimate Vapor Source

As a total newbie I needed a lot of help figuring out what device might be right for me and how it all worked. I am a light smoker (but regular cigarettes) and needed something for those times & places when regular smoking is prohibited, so I wanted something as close to the real thing as possible, but also small and convenient. I didn’t want to have to carry around some giant device. I called first and spoke to Tony and he assured me that I could try a Turkish tobacco on a device at the store. He was true to his word and showed me several devices and in the end guided more toward the Juul, which i compared to an Apple product in its smart design and quality function. I was his last customer of the day so it was a relaxing experience. I am a demanding customer (lots of questions) but Tony answered them all. He even charged my new device for me for a bit so I could use it right away. We chatted while it charged and I admired all the silicone storage products and «glassware…» ;) Tony is cool — he will help you out.

This is a real chill store. I love the fact that they’re open early compare with other vape shops, the owner is real cool and they have exactly what I need. Supporting a local business is also a huge plus.

Update: I had previously given this store a 5 Star rating but have to now do a update after a recent experience. Store would not work with me after being led to believe if I had a issue with the device not being suitable with me.
Less than a day later after the purchase I called to state this device wasn’t right for me, Immediately the gentlemen on the phone went straight to accusing me in not using the device right. I had explain to him I had Tony set up the device and tested with him while there. Before I left Tony says this might be too strong for you and if you have any issues let me know and I’ll help you out. As the day went on I noticed that every time I used the device i would get a pounding heartaches. I made no changes to the device and the tank was full. I attempted to call the next morning but it seems the store didn’t open till 2 p.m. .Once I was on the phone with who I believe was the manager and after explaining my side, I was told that their store does no returns and no exchanges unless their is a problem with the device. I told him I was never informed of this information instead led to believe that you could in fact help me. He goes on a rant to explain why no returns and no exchanges, he says if the box is open other customers would not want to buy it. He then puts his foot in his mouth and says «If the box was open here and if you had a problem with it, we would take it back». The box was in fact opened there (by Tony), I in fact do have a problem with it, and yet you won’t take it back.
If I was informed of no exhanges or returns I would of never of purchased the device.

Hands down, one of the cleanest and welcoming vapor shop in NYC! Tony was very helpful and the prices for his wide variety of products were excellent too. Will definitely be back again!

I’m from the Bambu generation and needed a vaporizer. Tony was the best and spent time explaining the differences and asking about its primary use. He was not trying to sell me the most expensive one just the perfect one for my needs. Highly recommended. Pun intended.

Great shop. I walk in and I’m greeted by a great staff they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. They have a large variety of e liquids and great prices. One of my favorite shops in midtown. Always walking out with a new flavor

Was sold a Doge V2 RDA – or thought I was, until I got home, looked up what a Doge V2 RDA looks like, and realized that it was an inferior Chinese «clone» selling for 8 $ online from fast-​tech. They happily took almost 30 $ of my money for the knockoff, and didn’t even offer to build it out (which my local vape shop does as a courtesy to anyone who buys an atomizer). Avoid this place — this is the practice of a kind of shop that sells and resells Chinese garbage and rewrapped batteries.

After frequenting the same vape shops that were close to my office, I decided that it was time to find a new regular place. Somewhere with a good selection of juices and hardware, a knowledgeable person to answer questions and address concerns, but most importantly, someone who is genuinely interested in his or her customers’ best interests. Ultimate Vapor Source is that place, and Tony is that person.
Tony greeted me as soon as I entered the shop and assured me that he would be able to assist me momentarily. Because the shop is nicely stocked and conveniently organized, it was easy for me to browse while I waited. Upon finishing up with the customers he had been assisting, Tony helped me pick out some new juices and even helped me make the decision to purchase a new tank I had been on the fence about.
As someone who has been vaping for about half a year and has learned a great amount about it, I usually just popped into shops to pick up what I need and headed out. My experience at Ultimate Vapor Source was different in the best possible way. Not only did Tony teach me a few new things about vaping that I had not previously known, he took a genuine interest in me as a person, and we chatted for several minutes even after the transaction had been completed.
The bottom line is this: if you’re in midtown Manhattan, Ultimate Vapor Source is the only place to go. If you’re in Brooklyn or Queens, it’s worth the trip out to see Tony. He’ll make sure you feel good about your purchase. I know I’ll be back to see him again soon.

Tony is really great and is very knowledgeable. It’s easy to miss, since he is located on the second floor. I think I have walked by there a number of times myself totally missing the place. I’m new to vaping and I found Tony to be a great resource and much more approachable and less pretentious than other places in the area.

I love this shop, it has very cool and unique pieces. The staff had excellent knowledge and was able to help me put together a great vaporizer. The prices were very reasonable. I came here earlier today with my boyfriend and he has been vaping for a long time. The owner in here is very nice and very personable. He gave us expert advice; the man really knows his stuff. He even gave me expert advice on vapes for beginners. He also does whole sale and resale. He has premium products and new exclusive items that you cant find anywhere elese. Customer service is excellent, we will diffeniatly be back!
