Bianca groomed my dog recently, and I liked her work. I liked that she was open to hearing specifically what kind of cut I preferred for my dog. She not only followed through, but was also open to my feedback at the end.
She also did well at working quickly & efficiently with my dog, in spite of his, SOMETIMES, «high energy» and challenging behavior:)))
She made my dogs 1st grooming experience, since our move to NYC, a very pleasant one!

AMAZING! Bianca is truly a master of her craft. I have a Poodle/​Shih Tzu and my dog was in bad condition but after she was done with him the result was beautiful. She’s very detailed, precise and takes her time to ensure a proper grooming. This is the best grooming my dog has ever had. I would in confidence recommend her for any dog owner

I have worked with Bianca before through Harlem Doggie Day Spa and she was so great with my dog that I asked her again!
I have one of THOSE dogs. The little, snappy growling ones that groomers ask not to come back. Yes. That owner is me, the embarrassed one sitting in any vet or groomer waiting room.
My dog doesn’t like ANYONE.
But he likes Bianca. And she is so patient and gentle. She is very, very knowledgeable about dog behavior also, which comes in handy. She also came to our home, which is very convenient. I will remain a loyal customer!

Man, I couldnt be any happier! Plus, Bianca comes to you! i called her in the AM and she was over giving my dog a bath within the hour. On top of that, my dog looks great :). I am a new customer and will be calling her once every two months for my doggie’s grooming.

Bianca is the best! We recently moved to Harlem and were looking for a new groomer for our shed-​tastic cat. She did a great job with the grooming, and our cat loved her. (Though, in fairness, our cat loves everyone.)
Bianca’s prices were extremely reasonable, she was on time and very nice, and best of all… she came directly to our house! It couldn’t have been more convenient. We will definitely continue to use W&W.
