Stumbled across this place on a weekend trip. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable on the product. My friend and I spent hours looking at different bags and shoes and K was so patient and helpful. They didn’t have my size in the leather shoe I wanted, so she ordered and had it shipped to me. They also gave us a lovely glass of Oregon wine. I would recommend checking out this store if you’re looking for quality leather shoes or bags.

I went there today and ended buying a pair of leather shoes that I already have in a different color. Their shoes are amazing. Then I came back and bought a pair for my girlfriend an hour later… we are both huge fans. Customer service is top notch. Brendon (sorry if I don’t have the name right) helped me. Very nice person and was very helpful. Thanks for your help and be back soon.

There lifetime guarantee is horse shit. I bought A $ 450 bag and the leather has worn off of it and they don’t care. They say to contact them and they will take care of it, but they don’t care! They give you some bullshit excuse. They’re supposed to be a life time guarantee but it is bullshit. They don’t care. Do not buy anything from there!!! There are plenty of other leather places that are name brands that last longer than a few months or a season long and then look like shit. Do not buy from them!
Wills leather come through and fixed the situation. They honored their warranty, and in the future have found a live long customer.

Wondering soho we stumbled upon this place and we were so glad we did. They have amazing leather goods that are really great quality and unique. My wife had been looking for a cross body leather bag and we found a gorgeous one and they even embossed it with her initials in gold leaf. Overall experience was awesome and they really took care of us. Staff was great and Will who did the embossing was a rad guy. Definitely come and enjoy this beautiful shop.

The most awesome customer service and sales folks on the floor! We felt so welcome and they gave great advice about our purchases. I also appreciated the free beer, coffee and drinks! Free candy and a spacious store design. A great place to shop/​not a chain store for leather items. I got two belts and could not be happier.

First time writing about a retail store but this place is deserving of one. Best quality and design of leather goods I’ve seen in a long time both new and vintage. I bought 2 beautiful pieces for presents one a vintage leather garment bag and a leather iPad case. My friend who I gave the bag to loved it but said he doesn’t use garment bags. I didn’t have the receipt but called the store and James the mgr said” we don’t usually accept returns on vintage but bring it in and I’ll take care of it no problem” When I brought it back James wasn’t there but the sales guy was extremely helpful and called James and promptly refunded my money not a store credit which is a class act. Now they have a loyal new customer for life. Kudos Will and their very special staff.

This place is sick. The only thing that I wish were different are the price tags. Otherwise, the customer service is fantastic, and their products are ridiculously well-​crafted. While their employees offer you help and espressos, you can browse their many bags, belts, wallets, and other leather goods until you can’t get that smell of leather out of your nose. Their wallets all come with little trays for your keys, and it’s clear that their employees know about the products they’re selling. Super important. Be prepared to drop a pretty penny.

For the next couple minutes I will discuss the amazing things happening at WILL Leather Goods…
I walked into their store a few weeks ago (it happened to be their grand opening) and immediately all five senses were buzzing.
Smell: you can smell the store from across the street. Usually this wouldn’t be a good thing… but WLG smells incredible! Forget that «new car smell» can we talk about the new leather bag smell?! Oh my.
Sight: the décor of the store is what drew me inside in the first place. Reclaimed wood on the exterior as well as throughout the interior, bold colored woven fabrics and the silhouettes of those leather bags. Oh the leather bags! Bags of all shapes, sizes and textures line each side of the store. Totes, duffels, clutches, and wallets. They’ve got belts, key chains, and coasters. And each item comes in a variety of finishes and colors for both the men and the ladies. Bonus– they’ve got some gorgeous woven fabric bags if you’re looking for something w/​a little less leather.
Touch: :sigh: If you’ve ever felt a real leather bag or sat in a leather chair you know exactly the texture I’m talking about here. The leather WLG is producing is amazingly soft. And so smooth, it really is like butta. Check out their Fawn Collection, I’ve never felt anything as soft.
Sound: after wandering the store for a minute I found myself talking to one of the store managers. She shared so many fun facts about the company and how they make their leathers (in the USA!). It was nice listening to someone who truly believes in her company and their product. Oooh and they also offer up a lifetime warranty for all their goods!
Taste: little candy dishes located around the store. Starbursts, Caramel Creams and yummy little dark cocoa squares.

Despite all this talk about the five senses I will be reserving my 5^th star for the day I actually make a purchase in the store. Fingers crossed it won’t be long!
