This place is amazing. I have been attending for a while now and every time my eyelashes come out great. Service is awesome, always polite and professional. The technicians are experienced, all I had to do my first visit was close my eyes and they knew exactly what length and kind of eyelashes I should have. I recommend Wink to everyone I know. I live in Queens and the ride out to the city is worth it. Thank you for always doing a great job and being so accommodating.

I complete loved the attention and also the lashes is one of the best that I ever tried before. They feel natural and not heavy like others. They look pretty and give your face a really pretty look. Highly recommend this place price is also worth for the quality.

I have been getting eyelash extensions for a year now. I have gone to many different eyelash salons all over NYC and I must say I have found love in Wink Eyelash. The staff are all very accommodating and warm individuals. They are very professional and cleanliness is definitely a top priority. I love my extensions. I use C lashes that generally fall off faster but these ones stay great for up to three weeks. This is the place to go if you want to have beautiful long lashes! Thank you ladies :)

I bought a groupon for eyelash extensions and had a great experience! When I arrived the woman at the front desk explained the entire process and helped me to pick which eye lashes would provide a subtle difference. I also have long eyelashes naturally so you want to stay within j-​11 or j-​12. OnceI was situated, I was brought into a smaller room with about 4 – 5 massage beds set up. It was such a relaxing experience that I fell asleep! Thanks wink!

On Saturday, I called Wink Eyelash at 10:49 am and asked if they had any availability for today. After making a few adjustments, she accommodated me with a 12:30 pm appointment.
The ambience was very clean and tranquil. Arriving promptly, I was greeted and seen immediately. Unlike other places, there was no pressure to purchase upgrades, which was a plus!
I was also impressed with their high quality products ranging from the under eye gel pads to the lashes themselves. (FYI personal preference-​mascara lashes)
During the process I never experienced any eye irritation. When Sophia my technician was finished, my lashes looked Stunning! I’m a lash enthusiast and I was blown away by her work.
2 days later and I’m still in awe! I highly recommend Wink Eyelash to those of you looking for Fabulous Lashes!

WHAT A MAJOR RIP OFF! I got here once a year ago but was not pleasant then I received a birthday coupon this month and I was like ‘I’ll give a shot again’. HORRIBLE MISTAKE EVER! The original price was $ 130 and and the total amount became $ 80 even with the coupon. I got the same option for $ 40 last year tho. (Don’t believe the price from the picture, the cheapest option is above $ 100) I’ve done so many extensions for past 5years and never had a problem with eyelashes extension. Here, an unprofessional staff put massive tapes on my face, and they were so closely attached to my eyes and it cut into my eyelid. It was so irritated and painful. My eyes became red and I can’t stop crying. The owners impudently asked me, how much would you add? 15% or 20%??? Shame on you!

This is so far the best place (out of the five NYC places I’ve been) I used a groupon for the basic set and upgraded to the mascara thickness. The salon is very open and airy, in the past I’ve been to places where they put you in a small back room in a creepy building and having your eyes taped shut is a very stressful situation as it is. I will definitely go back as my technician Rita was very precise and it was done quicker than other places but better. I actually am writing a review since the bad reviews almost made me cancel my appointment. My lashes look and feel great!

Husband’s point of view here: My wife is a regular visitor to this Wink location and speaks very highly of the quality of care. Friendly staff, good service and very reasonable prices. They are a little strict if you miss appointments, but I guess this is understandable since they reserve your place and are waiting for you to arrive. If you’re unreliable like that, you’ll probably just get frustrated. But if you’re able to make an appointment and arrive more or less on time, you will have a wonderfully relaxed experience. And wifey looks GREAT! (In fact, I don’t think she knows how beautiful she looks!!)

I get my lash extension regularly so I know if a place uses good-​quality adhesive and lashes. Unfortunately this salon isn’t one of the bests I’ve tried.
First, my eyes felt irritated and burned during the procedure. It did go away within hours, but it was my very first time to feel the chemical in my two-​year history of getting lash extension regularly.
I’m also not 100-​percent satisfied by how close the technician placed the false lashes to my real lash roots. The result looked beautiful, but I could feel the hard-​end of the false lashes on my eyelids when I blink sometimes.
In terms of the facility and service, I have nothing to complain. The salon was clean and everyone there was nice. I just wish they used better quality adhesive next time and I’ll remind my technician not to glue the extension so close to my eyelids.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions from Wink! Because people love lists, here are the top four reasons you should check this place out.
1. Appointments: are so easy to book here. All you do is call, and they make sure to even send you a reminder text of your appointment, time, and location. When you walk in, they are prepared to tell you that it is CASH ONLY (unless you have a Groupon, which I highly recommend getting if you are a first-​timer).
2. Accessibility and Ambience: the salon is so cute and serene. There is not a hoard of people waiting to be attended to, instead you walk up and the receptionist asks you what look you are going for. If you are a newcomer like me, this can be a loaded question. There is a chart to look at, however, and because I believe I’m a Kardashian in my head — I chose 12 mm, C-​curl, 130. They wish you into the back room that has a little cubby for your bag, jacket, and shoes. Then you lie on your back for an hour and let the process begin.
3. Application: I felt nothing. Honestly, I could have been slipped into a polar vortex in that hour, and never would have known it. She taped my bottom lashes down, and applied tape to some other places — besides the smell of glue in the beginning, her hands were light and magical. The hour flew by, and I was done before I knew it. There is harp music playing, and it is nice and cool in there!
4. Afterwards: they give you a reminder card with the date that you SHOULD come in next for your touch up. There is also a $ 3 service fee, so be aware of that. i tipped 20% of the service fee, and hopped right on out of there. My lashes look fab, and I’m a happy child.

They get the job done but the lashes fall out within two weeks. I’ve been to many places in the past four years of getting eyelash extensions where the lashes stay on for a month. You should definitely get the mascara look because the regular look will barely show.

I decided to try this place out with a living social deal for 100 lashes. The ladies at the front were very nice and friendly at first. I just wanted a nice basic eyelash to lengthen my already thick eyelashes. Then, I felt was pushed into getting the mascara lashes and paid an extra $ 13. It was a bad decision, I wasn’t happy with them at all. The chemicals were strong and burned and my lashes looked thick and bulky. I had a photo shoot the next day so I was mortified, but I was the last appointment so they couldn’t remove them at the time. When I called back today since they are closed on Sunday, they said it would be $ 20 to remove the lashes! They said even if I removed them that night it would’ve been $ 20. Wow. I’m definitely not returning to a place that has this kind of policy. It was such a waste of money and I’m stuck with lashes I don’t like.

I’m writing this review as a first time customer. I purchased a LivingSocial deal for $ 40 but there are other fees associated once you arrive for the service so keep in mind it’s never the flat rate coupon deal. The service was okay, the tape used to cover my eyelid cut into my eyelid which caused my eye to tear and be irritated/​red once the lashes were applied. They looked amazing after the service but no one warned me about the false lashes taking my real lashes off with them. I had fairly long/​full lashes when I arrived and just wanted a little boost for a special occassion. I am fearful of what my lashes will look like once the falsies are removed. Its just not worth it to me to have my natural lashes destoyed for the sake of a little flair. Great for women who don’t care about their real lashes but since I do I’m sadden about how many real lashes were lost. I was careful to adhere to the strict care instructions and I still wound up with the short end of the stick unfortunately. The Receptionist was also okay, she can be short in her responses and a little sarcastic as well but I’ll just chalk it up to a bad day perhaps. Client’s just need to know the realistic side of beautiful falsies they will compromise your real lashes.

Wink is my second experience with eyelash extensions. So far, so great! The last time I had them applied, the glue had my eyes watering quite a bit, but this time around, the irritation was minimal. What’s more, I don’t feel the extensions against my lids with the Wink version. What a relief! Much better than the other business thus far.

I went here for the first time with a Groupon. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The lady at the counter gave me an extensive consultation after telling her my two other experiences with eyelash extensions and what I did not like about those experiences. I took her suggestions and was very pleased with the results. I wish I found out the name of the lady that did my extensions, because she was fast, effective and really knows what she is doing. I was a little apprehensive about going here after reading some bad reviews, but am very pleased that I took a chance on this place. I will be a returning customer.

A few points for easy reading:
1. easy to schedule and reschedule appointments
2. Everyone speaks English. This is huge because 90% of asian salons have difficulty understanding more comprehensive english which could make it difficult for you to get what you need as a customer and for them to provide the necessary services
3. Cute place! Cute décor, awesome waiting area — like they care about their business.
4. They have a sink with mirror and they provide cotton pads, qtips, tissues, eye makeup remover, etc so you can remove any makeup prior to getting your lashes done.
5.I got the intro package which is about 50 lashes per eye. For $ 10 more you can get the thicker lashes which has a more dramatic effect.
6. My specialist — Jackie took a look at my natural lashes and made a recommendation on the length of extensions given my request for «a more natural look» though in the end, I wish I went just 1 length longer.
7. Took a full hour to apply the lashes. It’s hard for me to stay still for an hour and Jackie was very sweet asking if I was okay, if I wanted a piece of candy, etc.
8. They charge for refill/​touch ups and they also charge for lash removal.
9. When it came time to pay, they charged $ 2 for a «Service Fee». This is the part I wasn’t thrilled about because these sort of fees need to be disclosed somewhere. Maybe I missed it somewhere but in the service industry, these types of fees should be defined and explained clearly for the customer.
10. They tell you the lashes last for 2 – 3 weeks. That is the truthful answer. As someone that has had extensions done with many different salons, the truth is they last for the most part anywhere from 2 – 3 week with most of the lashes gone by the 3^rd week and you may have a few stragglers the 4^th week. My lashes lasted a solid 3 weeks with extra care.
11. They encourage you to tip your specialist on the full service amount. They shouldn’t have to encourage it — it should be understood. My service cost was $ 80 but I had a groupon for a lot less. I still tipped 20% on that $ 80 service charge.

Great place! Very peaceful and serene. This staff there are also great. I worked with Leon and Jackie and they were so helpful and so nice to me. I love my eyelash extensions so much that I will definitely be back in two weeks for my touch up. They have different options so you will find one that suits your face. Also my best friend love them so much that she is going in a few days! Will definitely recommend!

I definitely made a good decision to go to Wink Eyelash. I am soooooooooo happy with my lashes! Every employees were so kind and patient with me when choosing my lashes.
I literally was no idea about the length of lashes which is perfect with me but Angie explained to me everything. She did awesome job! I’m still very happy with my lashes. It came out very natural looking and pretty. No one can tell that they are not mine.
I’ll definitely go back and ask Angie to do again !!!
