My car got rear ended and I took it to Ariana Auto Body for repairs. I picked it up today and it looks just like new. Bill was very friendly and helpful. He guided me through the process, kept me informed and made the entire experience as painlessly as possible. One of the most important factor was peace of mind knowing the repair was done with OEM parts. Thank you so much for a fantastic job and I’d definitely recommend your service to my family and friends :)

Wow. I was pretty brought back to Earth with customer service. I brought in my car through an insurance claim and found them on Unilocal.BILL made the process smooth and friendly. So, they fixed the cosmetic damage done to my vehicle. They detailed it beautifully. AND! they fixed the squeaking sound my door would make, restored my headlights, and attached a couple faceplates from my dashboard that had fallen off. So, not only did they fix my car, they also made it enjoyable to be in. Thanks so much Ariana for your help and the excellent customer service. I would definitely bring my car in to get serviced when I needed to.

My daughter was in a car accident for the first time in December and we were referred to Ariana Auto Body for the repair by a mutual friend. Once the car was delivered, Omar made contact with myself and my daughter right away. He kept us informed on the process. From the time he got the car to when we got it back it was only two weeks. They did an amazing job on the body work. The car looks brand new. The entire experience was great. Once he had the car we didn’t have to deal with insurance anymore. Omar made it very convenient. He was able to take payment for the deductible over the phone and delivered the vehicle to us. I highly recommend this shop.

Car was in the shop for a few minor body damages, the paint turned out great and i was very happy with the work. The quality couldn’t have been better!

They did a wonderful job on our 2014 Nissan Murano, which required them to fix up a damaged and dented front bumper and some deep gouges in the passenger-​side mirror. They did not have to replace any parts, which helped reduce the cost. The paint matches perfectly and one cannot tell where the work was done. We will certainly use their services in the future if the need arises.

I took my Audi S4 to Ariana because I wanted to swap out the front grille to a RS4 style mesh grille. I ordered the grille online and stopped by the shop to drop off the car, everything was explained to me thoroughly and was told that it would take few hours. After I came back, I didn’t like the way the silver crash bar was clearly visible through black grille and it looked odd to me I requested them to do the whole job again and paint it black. The result was just what I wanted. Omar and his team made sure that the quality of work met my expectations and really went out of their way to answer all my questions. I’ll be definitely back to Ariana for all my future work and recommend them to anyone who puts customer service and excellent work on top of their priorities.

I got a side-​swiped when driving on a highway and needed to find a body shop to fix my damaged car. I chose Ariana Auto Body per Unilocal reviews. Bill and his brother are very nice and professional. They offered great customer service, excellent work. They went even beyond and fixed old scratches on my car without charging me. It’s amazing…
I had the BEST experience with Ariana and cannot say enough good things about them.
Ariana Auto Body, It’s absolutely the best!

After being hit by a red light runner in my 2011 Lexus, I went straight to Unilocal and noticed this shop was Lexus certified. I called and Bill picked up and offered to help with car rentals and estimates. I went to the shop a few hours later and boy was I impressed with the premium cars they work on, BMW. Mercedes, Audi, etc. Bill helped me along the way and was always updating me by text and phone. He understands the insurance process and will help you along the way.
Insurance ended up totaling the car out, but I know that if I ever do get in another accident, I will go to Ariana. Thanks guys!

Omar has one of the best «eyes» in the business… Don’t fall for the «computer matching» line that most body shops use to try and re-​assure you. That is at best a starting point to get the re-​sprayed panel to match and existing one. After having the front bumper cover damaged on a Bentley GT Speed, I took it to Ariana to have it repaired and re-​painted. I told him, I’d did NOT want the adjacent panels painted or blended (which is the easier way out) and they took the time to repair and match the paint. For those of you that may not know, Bentley «Silver Tempest» is probably one of the most difficult to match as the formulation is complicated and the finish actually has NO traces of orange peel. The results are phenomenal and I will be dropping off my «Nero Carbonio» Maserati for some work as well.

Today I experienced such wonderful human kindness from Ariana Auto Body. It appears that they have a flawless reputation and I attest that all accolades are well deserved. I will bring all of my auto body business to Ariana.

The slight damage to my trunk lid was pretty much my own fault, so I decided to not make a claim on my insurance and pay for this out of pocket. The Ariana quote that I got was quite competitive, and if they had produced excellent work, that would have rated a solid 4 star. What really put Ariana over the top to earn the 5 star rating from me is the superb professionalism and excellent customer communications that they provided, along with solid customer expectation setting.
— When I requested that the work be completed due to my time constraint, they promised to complete the work by Saturday and they delivered.
— They continuously kept me updated via text message of the progress of my work, unlike every other repair shop, where my car might as well have been in a black hole.
— When work was completed they called me to let me know it was ready for pickup.
— When Zabi was not able to meet me in person when I dropped off my car, let me know, and I was serviced reliably and professionally by someone else.
Constant communication, setting my expectations as to the work, and delivering on those expections are all basic behaviors of competent professionals, and unfortunately shockingly rare in many places in my experience. But these great folks came through and, and great work along with great customer service skills should be rewarded so I highly recommend these awesome folks.

I brought my new Honda Civic 2015 here for repair. It was a hit and run when someone hit my front bumper in parking lot. The right side of the front bumper was totally discolored. Also the right headlight got a little scratch. After getting the quote from several other big auto body shop which was recommended by honda showrooms I came here since they are close to my house and found them enlisted as a pro first collision repair shop by honda.
Bill gave me a quote which was less than other body shops and after knowing that I’m going to pay the whole cost without claiming insurance they gave me $ 200 discount. I got my car after 2 days and the front bumper, right headlight was replaced with original Honda parts. I was hesitant about the color matching but when I got it it was new again. The color was matched so wonderfully that one can barely understand it is replaced at all.
It is a nice little little family owned business. Bill, Omar, Zabi everyone of them are very good, polite and professional at their work. I would highly recommend this place and appreciate their good work.

Hands down the best body shop. My family been coming to this body shop for over 6 years now And only this one, other body shop over price but not Omar, he sit down actually show’s you. What you are spending your money on beats other body shop prices. And at this body shop they have text alert shows updates on your car. Omar thanks again man until next time

I just picked up my baby and it’s like I fell in love all over again! Definitely the best work EVER done to my car.
I brought my BMW here after a hit and run. My bumper was about to fall off. They worked their magic! And now, my car looks at its best it’s ever been!
(Even my dad was surprised of how well my car looked, and pops is not easy to please!)
I’ve gotten screwed over by other shops before, but Omar promised I’d be in good hands this time. Man of his word! Everything is flawless! And everything was done in a timely manner!

I brought my ford raptor and a mustang gt to these guys after a hit and run and a small collision and it was a great choice. Everyone here is respectful and very professional. Great prices and very high quality work. Both cars came back looking better than new. Omar was a really big help through out the whole process since it was my first time dealing with all of this. They keep you updated with what’s happening with your car every day. Also providing a ride if needed.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with any of my cars other than the team Ariana. Very happy with the results and I will for sure come back here anytime I need a body shop. Thanks again Omar and everyone else.

First thing I noticed when I walked into the office was all the plaques and certificates on the wall for being certified for a handful of vehicle makes and a ton of awards for their work
I was hesitant about bringing my car here because there were a handful of exotic vehicles such as Bentley, Porsches, etc. and my car isn’t even close to being considered an exotic. However I felt very welcomed when I walked in. Omar took very good care of me. He even provided me with a ride home and kept me updated throughout the whole process and updated me with statuses on my car. He made the paperwork with insurance very easy.
Now let’s get to the actual work, FLAWLESS! Paint was perfectly matched, no orange peel, choppy paint, nothing! Looked like there was never an accident in the first place.
Overall it doesn’t matter if you’re car is worth $ 4000 or $ 250,000 their customer service/​work will remain the same and is superior! I am very happy with the quality of work and service that was provided, I had a very pleasant experience at AAB!

This shop is absolutely exceptional! I was able to find this shop due to the abundance of 5 star reviews and I’m glad I did. They provided me with excellent customer service and did a terrific job repairing the rear bumper and quarter panel on my Lexus GS 350. They exceeded my expectations and I really couldn’t be happier with the results!

Omar and the whole team at Ariana auto body took great care of me and my car. I am very picky with my cars and would not let anyone touch my e92 m3 other then Ariana auto body. In a timely fashion they painted my new double sides carbon fiber trunk for me and my bumper.

Omar and the whole team at Airana Auto Body were professional, friendly, and honest. They changed my Audi A5 front grill for me and spent extra time helping me get the license plate on correctly. They also gave me ride home and picked me up when the job is done. The price for the service is reasonable. I highly recommend this place and will go back for any other auto work. They did a perfect job.

My 2013 328 BMW was recently involved in hit and run accident where my car was damaged on the drivers side from the front to back including my tire and rim. From start to finish Ariana auto body completely took care of me. They were extremely professional and explained what repairs needed to be done and exactly how long it would take. They also helped me with my rental car which was convenient. Overall their customer service was amazing.
The best part was that I was able to pick my car up about a week ahead of schedule which I was super excited about. Immediately I was really impressed with how great my car looked you would never know it had been in accident at all. The paint job was flawless and they even cleaned the inside!
