Called twice to schedule an appointment. Left two messages and still no one has returned our call. We were very interested in having a bed liner put in our new truck, but we’ll be going elsewhere now, since this place clearly has horrible customer service standards.

Took my SUV there for a very minor paint job and left my SUV there over the weekend. Come back on a Monday and notice that there were scratches on my bumper which were not there before. The guy who did the job became argumentative and defensive and the way they conduct business is sickening. They shouldn’t even be in business. The location looks run down and sub par. If you want your car to be painted or if you want Line X done, look elsewhere than these complete amateurs.

A small family owned business who really took care of me. Their work quality is exceptional, quick, and crisp. Glad I had my truck line-x’d there, I would recommend this business to anyone looking to improve their vehicle.

After several unanswered emails and telephone calls (with voice mails) over the course of a few weeks, I took my business elsewhere. Shame, too: Line-​X is a great product which deserves better than these mediocre Franchisees.
