I went to this place to get an oil change. They looked over my car and said I had a tear in my boot axel that needed to be repaired right away. They gave me an estimate for that and a number of other things totaling over $ 1000. I was sketched out by this place so I went to another one. I dropped my car off and they called me right back saying that it was a tiny hairline tear and wouldn’t need to be repaired for another 5 years and nothing else was wrong with the car whatsoever. Needless to say do not trust this place. They will try to rip you off and are not honest at all. I will never use them again for anything

I will never use them again…
Short story is that I had a vehicle in there for a number of issues… and the tech there couldn’t diagnose the fact that one of the cylinders wasn’t compressing… thus I needed a new engine… they went ahead and did other repairs on the exhaust which I would NOT have done had I known that I needed a new engine.
When calling about this issue, all I get is «can I call you back» … and never do a receive a call. Also, I have tried to escalate this issue to John, the regional manager and the store manager simply prevents me from talking to John.
MAJOR FAILS all around. NEVER again will I use them.

I scheduled an oil change and they took 1.5 hours to complete it. The tech apologized and said he had to eat (my oil change was on their schedule, mind you.) The guy behind the desk was rude and unapologetic. Another customer arrived an hour after me and left before me. Mopes.

I took my girlfriend’s Toyota sienna for an oil change and I have to admit that this place is a solid service staff that I’ve come to trust to do good work. I went back inside the office after paying $ 22 for oil change asking about my tail light that was not working and how much they’d be charging for that. The guy in the mustache (think he is supervisor or something) mentioned it would be about 13 bucks. He explained how to do take that corner light out and fix the bulb and when I was about to leave, he called me back and fixed the whole thing for FREE spending about 15−20mins. Trust me, at the end of a long day work, you wouldn’t expect someone to work when their daughter is waiting for you to go home and especially for free. :)
