History
Established in 1996.
General Contractor, Terry Hall, has been in the construction business in Oregon since 1996. Terry learned the trade by working with his father who was a drywall contractor specializing in custom drywall texture techniques. Terry later ran his own drywall business, and then fell in love with construction after remodeling his first home. Starting out with remodels & additions, Terry has built a very successful construction business that is based on honesty & integrity. Here at Square Deal, we are fully customer service-oriented and pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and a job well done. We do all the leg work, so customers can rest assured that everything from the permits to the finishing touches will be taken care of.
Meet the Business Owner
Terry H.
Business Owner
The Construction business is not new to Terry. His interest in this industry was sparked when he was only 7 years old. Terry assisted his dad, who was a Drywaller. Through on the job training, he began to love what he did. Terry built a large drywall business in Ohio, working on many large custom homes and commercial work in the area. When he bought his first home, a 1890’s Era Victorian house, it needed a complete overhaul. His pastor, who was a veteran carpenter and also remodeling his home, worked with him on the remodel. They enjoyed the remodeling experience and working together, so they started a partnership. Terry taught his partner drywall. His partner taught him framing and carpentry. They branched out, building houses and working on several types of remodels.
Later, Terry moved from Ohio to Oregon, and completed training and testing to become a General Contractor.
