My case was with another attorney first. He referred me to Mindy Bish because he said she would ‘fight’ for me and that she was a great trial attorney. HA! One of her people from her office was put on my case. She did not fight for me, she SETTLED my case! When I got the Schedule of Expenses I had some questions. There were a lot of typos, including doctors names I did not know, my address was wrong, and just a line that said FEES and an amount. NO telling what I was being charged for. When she did call me back, which took A WEEK, and me having to call the other attorneys office to get her to call me. She proceeded in on me by yelling and screaming at me and saying how ungrateful I was and that I should feel grateful that she got my my piddly amount! She was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNETHICAL. Her treatment of me and her tone flabergasted me! All I wanted to know was something simple. I could not get a word in edgewise! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HER FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT GIVING UP HER LICENSE.

Mindy Bish is EXTREMELY RUDE and Unprofessional and waisted my time! Her office did not even get my medical records, I DID it ALL myself. She acts very entitled and is ONLY concerned with her EGO. I want a lawyer that is on MY side. Not expect ME to do EVERYTHING and so she can just collect! She doesnt care about her clients. If you want a caring lawyer, DO NOT GO TO HER!

I was lucky enough to deal with attorney Mindy Bish. She is truly a compassionate lawyer who fights hard for the clients. If you need someone to actually fight for you, she’s the one.

Worst ever and very unethical. Beware of this woman who Larry H. Parker apparently oftentimes refers their clients to. I was «referred» to Mindy Bish and Tammy Sedin of Begakis, Bish, and Sedin in Nov 2013. From that time through 2014, I repeatedly called this woman’s law offices leaving messages and asking to speak to her, yet she never returned a call. One time I actually called all day and the receptionist, Honda, told me she was at lunch each time. Finally I told this gal Honda Mindy Bish had been at lunch all day, whereupon Honda snapped at me, «She’s the boss, she can take lunch whenever she wants.» I never signed any retainer or substitute of attorney for Mindy Bish and yet she and Larry H. Parker are insisting she is my lawyer. I have filed a complaint with the California Bar Association. Rude, arrogant, unethical, lazy, deceptive, disgusting. Watch out!
