my parents and i have been with state farm for as long as i can remember.
they have always helped us to get the best possible rates. everyone is always so friendly. Mobys assistant bree is always helping me out, and is very efficient! I dont see us leaving any time in the future. last but not least, thank god for State farm road side assistance!

So after all that, they cancelled my policy because I had the audacity to file a claim. Not the agents fault, but screw State Farm, it’s pretty much everything crooked with insurance companies.

Our experience with this office, since our coverage was transferred to this office, has been less than stellar. The four times I have called the office to make an over the phone payment, which has been successful ONCE. You are lucky to get a competent person on the phone who doesn’t sound like a teenager, or someone «new» and I have never spoken to Mr. Young, because he was «not available». Since I discovered that I can make payments online, I no longer have the unpleasant task of calling this office. Amen to that.

Moby really deserves this review. I am not one to put reviews out very often but Moby and his team have gone above and beyond for me and my family. We really feel like they are on our side and make it so easy to handle things that could other wise be a confusing mess, His assistant Theresa does so much of the leg work for me in certain situations and then tells me the best way to handle things (my kids getting into fender benders) may I add that Moby is very hands on and almost always available!!! PLEASE at least call them before you settle… I sound like an ad but I really am just a very satisfied client;)
