I am a loan consultant and first met Matt Dorough through a mutual client’s home purchase where he provided the homeowners insurance coverage. We have worked together on a few other deals since, and I have been very impressed with Matt’s attention to detail, response time, high quality service, and professionalism. I highly recommend Matt for your homeowners insurance coverage.

Rachel and Nikki are very helpful and polite every time I call. I have 18 policies with Matt and I keep calling for more. I always recommend him to friends and family. I’m a little surprised to see any negative comments about such a friendly staff! I had gone in a couple of weeks ago just to get some advice/​quotes, and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service. The two girls working at the time, Nikki and Rachel, were great. They made me feel very comfortable and geniunely cared for my situation. If I do decide to switch policies, it’ll definitely be with this location!

Great service and a very welcoming helpful staff. Anytime I’ve needed anything they help me quickly and efficiently. I had an issue with a tow truck a few weeks ago and they where able to solve my problem quickly and no questions asked.

Recently switched over to State Farm because of Matt and his staff. They convinced me to leave all state where I was paying way more than I should have been. I’ve had State Farm for a while now… I switched over from All State. And I have to say that this office is AMAZING compared to my last insurance agent (who shall remain nameless).
Matt is very professional and punctual, and the entire office just really shines.
When I’ve called in the past with questions, 2 girls have stood out in helping me with my needs — Nikki and Rachel. They’re very knowledgable, and truly an asset to the team. I’d recommend this agent/​office anytime.

This review is for State Farm, and not my agent Matt who is actually a nice guy. BTW, this agency moved to Newport Beach.
I have been a State Farm customer since I got my license, and have continued on as an adult. I have had zero chargeable accidents, but when I have had to make claims against others, it is like self-​service. I am constantly following up vs the other way around. In addition, recently I tried to make separate claims because two people hit my car and didn’t leave a note. However, I was informed I had to pay two $ 500 deductibles — Stooopid!!!
I would change other than the face that I have had my cars, house & umbrella policy priced elsewhere and AAA and Farmers can’t touch the price. So f*ck you State Farm! You suck a$$ and I wish I could give you zero stars for your lack of f*cking service!!!
