Jacqueline Bredehoft is a nationally board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and the owner of Lifeline 2 Wellness. We are an alternative and holistic psychiatric practice offering psychiatric care from a functional medicine and nutrition approach as well as alternative therapies that compliment or replace medication. Psychotherapy and wellness coaching is offered. Your appointment is never rushed nor will it be double booked. I take the time that is needed to hear your story; your concerns and needs, and I listen intently to learn from you how I can best help you. I specialize in working with teens, young adults and women, and work well with the elderly and male patient. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management and treat mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, depression anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and ADHD. History
Established in 2013.
Lifeline 2 Wellness was established to provide consumers of mental health care a much deserved alternative to the impersonal, rushed treatment they have been getting and not really benefitting from. The goal of Lifeline 2 Wellness and its owner is to help their patients achieve wellness, and to empower them through knowledge while providing them understanding that each individual has the capacity to heal. Lifeline 2 Wellness exists to partner with individuals who are seeking growth, healing, wellness.

Business Owner
She has been a registered nurse for 29 years and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner for 10 years. She received her BSN degree from Molloy College and her MSN degree from S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook. She is nationally board certified as a family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She «loves» being a nurse and refers to her role as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner as her «calling.» She approaches caring for individuals with the appreciation that we are bio-psycho-social-spiritual beings and with an imbalance to any of those facets, dis– ease can take place.
