History

Established in 1997.

Dr. Grazer maintains a special interest in body contouring for tummy tucks and providing much of the modern literature on the subject, in addition to introducing liposuction to the United States in 1982.

Dr. Grazer honed his scientific interests while at Tulane University in New Orleans, where he received his Master of Public Health degree, as well as a Master of Science in Anatomy. While working on his public health degree, Dr. Grazer had the opportunity to publish a first-​name paper with Dr. Louis Ignarro, a Nobel Prize winner in Medicine.

After his graduate training, Dr. Grazer attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. During medical school, he conducted research at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, and was selected in the second tier of astronaut candidates.

Upon completion of medical school, Dr. Grazer did his general surgery training at Tulane University School of Medicine.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Grazer and his wonderful staff, particularly Robyn, the surgery coordinator, and Grace at the desk. Dr. Grazer was thorough in my initial consultation and took his time answering all of my questions. I felt comfortable and safe there. I decided to book my surgery with him after visiting other plastic surgeons in the area. I am so happy that I did! Before and after my surgery I called with questions and concerns (we all have them) and each time I did Robyn was always accessible and ready to help me. One night after my surgery I needed some assistance, and I was able to reach Dr. Grazer easily, even though he was off work hours prior. I really appreciate this doctor and the proficiency of his craft, the business he conducts, and the quality of service I’ve received. Thank you Dr. Grazer and staff!

Dr Grazer does not have enough experience and I am so sorry which I went there and they charged me $ 375.00 for nothing. please be careful. The office is not professional and they just like money. don’t trust them.

I’m Asian… and I get keloids (scars that grow beyond the boundaries of the initial wound) :(
Never thought I’d be coming into a plastic surgeons office, but I sure am glad I did. Breast augmentation? No. Nasal surgery? No. Botox? No. And although he specializes in all of these things, I came here for keloid removal. I was referred here by a doctor friend of mine and was very skeptical. All the articles will say that keloid removal is difficult and will likely result in regrowth. It was always a bummer to hear this until I got a little ray of hope. I was informed about something called internal cryotherapy (utilizes liquid nitrogen to freeze off keloid from inside out, killing the cells).
My scar was ugly and located right on my chest. I got this treatment done in April and it’s been flattening out nicely ever since. Dr. Grazer and his staff are very professional and I always feel comfortable during my visits. I’m über please with the results and my friends and family are shocked at how much better it’s getting. I wouldn’t normally be writing about this but I figure that, although it may not work for everyone, it could work for someone, and that’s way better than no one at all! :D
