Sadly I cannot rate the food. My wife and I sat down and after 10 minutes of not been served we had to leave. Maybe we weren’t in the correct«Newport Beach» attire. This restaurant and the staff need to dramatically improve service.

Here’s the reason for the single star… size of pizza. I’ve been here before and the pizzas were about the size of a dinner plate… bigger than you can finish for a meal, but at $ 16 – 20 bucks a pop with such high quality, delicious ingredients it was worthy… as were the leftovers! We came here for lunch and the pizzas are only salad plate size now – maybe 7 inches? I seems like pizza dough is so cheap, I don’t get why they skimp.

Ok food but horrible service. Attempted to use gift card twice on two different occasions during family dinner but didn’t work for the same system error. The service representative, Andy Toy had no intention to provide any help and referred to «his boss» Mario Batali to get further assistance in a very condescending and humiliating manner. Totally ruined our family dinner on New Year’s Day. Rating: zero star.

Finally made it over for dinner. Absolutely love the crust on the pizza… Good as it gets! The wine is a bit pricey, but a nice selection. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Walking into the the restaurant there was an amazing ambience and energy. The host seated us right away and we had just enough time to look over the drink menu. Josh was very helpful on my wine selection, and explained everything to its highest potential. The appetizers were delicious and the pizza was so delectable! Everyone was so attentive down to the busser that always made sure our waters were full! Josh you were amazing, defiantly going to come back for you!

Had a hankering for the baby kale salad last night and it never disappoints. Of course when I’m there I indulge in the best carbs around and the side of panne Bianco(I think is the name) is MYFAVORITESLICEOFBREADEVER. Doug the manager took great care of us. His excitement for tomatoes was a thrill to see. That stuff turns me on too! You’ll have to ask him! The bartender gave me a white whiskey drink with mint that was great, but too sweet, and quickly brought me a new beautiful strong concoction. Had the Arrancini which was perfectly deep fried but I prefer my balls bigger. More rice! Pizzas are always amazing. Best I’ve had around LA. The sausage is rustic and Devine. Perfect macchiato with dessert. Gelato is tops, budino delicious but rich and the Rosemary cookie is the perfect small dessert bite. Mozza never disappoints. Sit at either bar and have a special experience too!
