At Quantum Signs and Graphics, we appreciate the value of making a lasting impression. We specialize in producing high quality, large format digital prints. I would highly recommend Quantum Signs. I have used them now on several projects including signs and 2 banners and they have done a fantastic job. Their prices are fair. They are quick, and they don’t make mistakes. Most importantly, though, they will go the extra mile to help their customers. I failed to make it in on a Friday afternoon to pick up a banner needed for a swim meet on Sunday, and Andrew, the owner kindly took time out of his busy schedule (he was on his way to a wedding!) and let me pick up after hours. Andrew has gained a loyal customer in me!!!

They were rude when I called to learn status of my order. Which was also when I learned my order was done wrong. And they blamed it on me because I didn’t come pick it up earlier (I thought I’d give them another few hours to work on it). They treated me as if they didn’t need anymore customers because they wouldn’t help me fix the botched order saying they were too busy.

This place is a rip off !!! They tell you a price then when it is done it always cost more. then they try to sneak in a few dollars more on the final cost when they run the credit card through. The work is never done when they say it will be ready, ALWAYS DELAYED. They don’t even give you an invoice for the work. Vietnamese owned and operated. GO ELSE WHERE ! Don’t waste your time and money.
