I called around for a couple days after my computer started making a loud noise. I was treated very inconsiderate and everyone wanted to charge me in advance before ever stepping foot in my home to check out the problem. I finally reached Paul and Nick at Tech Docs and I felt that they not only listened, but didn’t interrupt while I was explaining the problem. Paul

The Tech Doctors did a great job setting up my computer after a virus was found. They were able to recover all my files and wipe my computer. Now it is working much faster and they even set up the most recent operating system. I am completely pleased with the Tech Doctors service. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for tech support or computer repairs.

Called them for home theatre installation. Already had a great big tv I just needed the surround sound. Spent money but now it’s like I am at the movies and I can save because the movie theaters just keep getting more expensive. Nothing better than enjoying from the comfort of your own home. They were friendly, flexible, and convenient.

I called, they came, they conquered! I was very impressed with the responsiveness to my call for help. They offered to come out the same day, but it wasn’t convenient, so Rick showed up first thing the next day and promptly resolved my three issues: reprogramming my DVR, restoring my sound bar to operation, and reprogramming my printer so print orders would be handled by my printer, not my neighbor’s. Rick also took the time to explain how best to use my home entertainment system. The Tech Doctors definitely earned my confidence and are my «Go to Guys».

My lap top recently just stopped working. I called the Tech Doctors and they actually came to my house to pick up the lap top and had it back to me completely fixed in two days!!! These guys are now my go to computer repair place. They also do home theater installation and I know I will be calling them when I upgrade my flatscreen tv.

Tech Doctors is the best! I was originally referred to them by a friend who had great things to say. I have had them out to my house twice now. The first time for a home networking issue and my home network has never worked better. The second time I called them back for an AV issue which has been plaguing me since I moved in and they were the only company out of three who were able to make it work. They are professional, courteous and the best at what they do!

Service ‘on demand’ is truly what they offer — they came to my house in the evening when it was convenient for me, and they’re quick to respond to emails and phone calls too. My wifi was down, and not only did they fix it, they helped me take advantage of faster internet speed available through my carrier that I was paying for but hadn’t tapped into. They also upgraded my wifi across previous ‘dead zones’ throughout the house, so now we have coverage everywhere — something we had thought was impossible. Their work is great, they listen, understand, and offer solutions. Being available during what other IT places consider ‘off hours’ defines their excellent service. They’re Newport Beach local, and I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good about this company! They came out right away on a SUNDAY to install my audio system on my TV. The guy Nick sent out (Rick) was very kind, knowledgeable and quick. The owner Nick spoke to me personally and was very helpful and listened to my needs.
This service was $ 200 less than Geek Squad was going to charge me. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the low cost. I will definitely call them from now on for any IT or computer services I need in the future.

Nick — simply the best IT /​AV support out there. Had Time Warner come out to replace my slow AT&T internet. Of course when Time Warner left nothing in my house worked. I contacted Nick and he came to fix everything. He did so quickly and made the system much better. There was nothing that stumped him.
Great guy, polite, professional. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
