Maureen at The Pilates Studio is fantastic! I have taken several pilates classes before and was really impressed with the studio, the instructor and the individualized workout. As a physical therapist, I truly appreciate Maureen’s professionalism, knowledge regarding the body and various injuries, as well as her ability to make appropriate modifications to fit an individual’s abilities. I would recommend Maureen and The Pilates Studio to anyone, beginner or advanced, looking for a fun yet challenging full body workout.

Although not a pilates expert I have been to 4 different studios and this studio is hands down the nicest and has the best instruction. I had the best workout and am now a hooked. The instructor Maureen did an excellent job making sure my form and position was always accurate something other studios have missed.
I learned so much and found muscles I never knew I had!

I just started taking Pilates again, and I love this studio. Maureen, the owner and instructor is excellent. I always walk out with a smile on my face and a good burn from her workouts! :) Her studio is brand new, so its very clean and nice. She plays good music and always gives me a great workout that is never the same.

What a great workout! I had never taken pilates lessons before and I am so glad I did! The instructor was so informative and set up a personal workout program that gave me the results I was looking for. The workouts even made me a stronger runner. How cool is that!
