The worst doctor ever. So rude, careless and unprofessional. As well as other staff in this medical office. I was waiting for my appointments several mounts with some medical issues. But about week before it they called me to reschedule me for couple more mounts, because Dr. Alla Neyshtadt had some personal reasons. I was very upset and asked them to figure out sooner date. They being extremely rude and after all suggested me find another doctor… I couldn’t, because I’ll have to wait again from very beginning. Next morning 7am I got phone call from Mrs. Neyshtadt, who was yelling at me and saying her personal family issues is more important for her then some new patient. That was shocking!

Went back yesterday for my yearly physical. This time I only waited 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment to get seen, so this was a great improvement from my other visit. I saw the nurse practitioner again which I don’t mind, as she was very thorough and asked me a lot of questions about my health and any of my concerns. It was also a lot faster checking in and getting my copayment sorted out, but maybe that is also because this wasn’t my first appointment. Definitely going back!

Wow, this is one through lady! I had a great physical and left feeling very cool about my new Primary Care physician. She took the time to ask a lot of questions and really get to know me. I was also able to share concerns and they were all stored on a pc file about me. I love that, I really do. I like knowing that all my allergies and past issues are stored in one place for them to use over and over. No more answering the same questions over and over again! I got my flu shots and necessary screenings and was outta there. When she had a concern about a test result, SHE called me personally. Love that. I know I will be going here for years!

Dr. Neyshtadt practices Internal Medicine. Dr. N is a phenomenal doctor. She’s patient, attentive, and thoroughly concerned with her patients’ well being. But, what’s really incredibly, is that both she and her RN, who sees patients after-hours, follow up with patients’ urgent concerns. I’ve received evening and next day calls to see how I was doing, and even calls a week later, to see how my appointment with a specialist went. And totally unrelatedly, it’s not unusual to find Dr. N in Gucci, Chanel, and perfect manicure, which makes me feel a little underdressed in my paper gown, but I like a woman who brings her A game.
