Frankly The Best Auto Detailing

Absolutely horrible experience from head to toe… for $ 200 I got what amounted to running your car thru the car wash and then vacuuming it. Nothing different. Not buffed, couldn’t see any shine from wax, still dirt in all cracks and crevasses etc. The employee I tried to complain to did not speak English and got me a co-​worker who’s English wasn’t much better. They were rude and dismissive with my complaints. Save yourself ALOT of money and spend $ 10 at your local car wash it will be the same quality believe me…

I purchased a new used BMW that was in very very good condition. I figured I would treat myself (and my car) to the works and have it thoroughly detailed. I paid $ 195.00 and boy did I feel like I got screwed. It was an average job at best. The car was very clean already when I dropped it off. They had it all day to do a thorough job. When I picked it up I was terribly dissappointed. There were clearly spots in the interior that had not been cleaned, in and around the cig. lighter, around the stereo; the types of places you expected a detailer to really get at (that is what you are paying them for). To top it all off the exterior was completely covered with a uniform fine dust of some kind. When I mentioned this to the owner, Frank, he said «oh, yeah, that happens all the time». Why would a detailer ever, ever turn a car back to its customer covered in shit???

I had them wax my car and it was SO much better than the last place who waxed my car in Newton. I dropped my car off again for the $ 15 hand wash and dry. They even do your tires. The employees are very friendly and my car looked immaculate on the outside. $ 15??? You pay at least $ 10 to go through a drive thru. I am so glad I finally found Frankly’s.

The best? Might be, but definitely very pleased wit the service. I dropped of my wife’s white SUV for a full detail earlier this month and they made it shine inside and out.
I think the price is a bit high compared to other detailers, but I think the results were excellent

Had my 2004 Range Rover detailed here and my blind grandmother could have done a better job. While picking up my car there was still acorn shells on top of my front bumper (did they even wash the car?) ran my finger on top of front bumper multiple times each time my finger had more dirt on it, paid extra to clay my car which wasn’t even done properly, could still feel numerous particles on surface which the clay is suppose to get rid of and here is the biggest kick in the butt after all these other Issues I opened the passenger rear door few days later and some how they managed to pop the pins that hold the door gasket in place…$ 78 extra to replace. The owner said to bring it back in, but I’m not going to, fearing that I’ll have to replace more pieces on my car…
If you value your car and don’t want to get taken like I did, don’t go here… I’m not one to be negative, but this whole experience really sucked.
