Specialties
Providing training in this gentle yet powerful, safe and effective method of healing.
Everything from free evening lectures in self-care, to weekend workshops on treating yourself, your family and even your pets with homeopathy, to professional training.
Our professional program is open to anyone without medical training, and of course to those with a health care practice who would like to incorporate homeopathy.
Previous students have included doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, naturopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, psychotherapists, substance abuse counselors, and veterinarians.
History
Established in 1996.
Teleosis was founded in New York City by Dr. Joel Kreisberg, who was a teacher before he became a homeopath.
It was brought to Boston by Begabati Lennihan, RN, CCH, who had previousy helped Dr. Luc De Schepper found the Renaissance Institute of Classical Homeopathy.
Teleosis in Boston represents the strong foundation in classical homeopathy and the Old Masters learned from Dr. Luc, taught with the progressive educational methods espoused by Dr. Kreisberg. In addition,
Teleosis currently meets at Mass. College of Pharmacy (MCPHS), where its faculty provide the homeopathy content for MCPHS’ master’s degree program in Natural Products Information.
It recently became one of the first schools of homeopathy in the country to be Fully Accredited.
Joel Kreisberg incorporated values into the school such as the importance of community; peer support and collaboration; and a reverence for the natural world from which nearly all homeopathic remedies are derived.

Begabati L.
Business Owner
Begabati bridges the best of conventional and complementary medicine. She comes from a medical family — her father is a vascular surgeon, her mother a research biochemist who worked for Dr. Papanicolou as he developed the Pap smear, her sister is a neurologist — and she herself is a registered nurse.
She has spent nearly 40 years studying and working in different aspects of alternative medicine. She entered Harvard in 1969 expected to be a doctor like her dad and instead discovered the world of natural healing. For several years she studied different aspects of holistic nutrition and supplements, including studying macrobiotics and raw foods/wheatgrass in the early years of those movements. She ran a health food store from 1987 to 1992 where she learned about a whole spectrum of healing modalities — of which she chose homeopathy as the most powerful one to pursue when she sold her store on turning 40. She has studied homeopathy with some of the world’s top experts.
