Location. Location. Location.
Is this hotel really a 5 star hotel? Probably not. Don’t get me wrong. It was clean. The staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable. And breakfast was above average. But, the kicker… The location.
Literally steps away from Niagara State Park. It’s just across the street. A short walk to the falls makes for a great visit. Want to hop over real quick at night to check out the falls? No problem. The pedestrian bridge? Right there. Everything is so close. So convenient. I think the $ 10 parking lots are farther away then this hotel. And that, it’s location, is reason enough for me to give it 5 stars.

Stayed here over Valentine’s Day weekend. The hotel was clean and nicely updated. You really can’t beat this location. We could see the state park through our window. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be staying here again the next time that we come to visit Niagara Falls.

This hotel is perfect to stay at when visiting Niagra Falls. From the hotel we walked right across the street through a park and walla there’s the falls. Maybe a 5 minute walk. There is no better hotel on the US side in my opinion. Also, great restraunts within walking distance. Marios Pizza is a 2 minute walk and very good. Hotel rooms are clean and beds are comfy.

This is the closest hotel to the Niagara Falls, literally a short walk (just follow the sound of the falls).
Our room and bed was very comfortable and amenities all, were nearby.
Food court, TGI Fridays, Hard Rock Café all, just a short walk from the Hotel.
I think this was the best time of year to come see the falls as it was brisk, chilly and not overly crowded. We were able to get beautiful autumn colors along with breath taking views without being in the way of other tourists.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My vehicle, as well as, three other vehicles were broken into. The hotel gave us no «comfort». It was very stressful and the hotel did nothing to rectify the situation. I have to drive back to NYC with a broken rear window. Avoid this place like you would the plague.

I stayed at this hotel for three days in September, 2014. I was with a group of Vietnam Veterans, and the hotel and the staff, went out of their way to take care of us. The hotel is clean and in a great location. I would highly recommend it. A special thanks to the great staff, who made our stay memorable.

This place is conveniently placed right outside of Niagara Falls state park, however, it’s pretty run down and it’s expensive for the quality they’re providing. We were able to obtain the better hotel for a cheaper price just a block down. I’m honestly dissapointed by the service as well as there were no informations provided at check in for example the timing of breakfast. I have stayed in comfort inn before in rapid city and was able to get a pretty decent service there. Hope to see improvement.

Location is great but other hotels r only 100 yards behind. There was hair in all three drawers in our room. Carpets are stained and gross. Hallways smell. Exposed plumbing under sinks in bathroom.
I thought for $ 199 a night the place would be a lot nicer.
No refrig available for rooms.
Save some money and stay somewhere else cheaper-​it can’t be any worse. You don’t always

This is a very simple hotel– nothing fancy-​but clean, comfortable rooms, free breakfast and oh yes– walking distance to the Falls (which is a huge plus). The staff is also extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating– giving us tips on where to get a bite to eat, and a drink :) and even let us leave our car parked in the lot after we checked out so that we could get some lunch before we drove to the airport.
I mean I cannot say enough about the staff here– very nice– wonderful customer service. I would recommend this hotel for families and anyone who wants to spend a day near the Falls.

would give it 5 stars but there where only 2 luggage carts and they are very old and worn

The hotel for the price can’t be beat. We used it mostly just to sleep in at night. A/​C was very cold! We like it that way. The rest of the time we were at the falls. Room was clean and had a view overlooking the park. One of the best parts is how close it is to EVERYTHING! We parked and never touched the car again until we left. The breakfast was great for being included. Eggs, Sausage, waffles, cereal, donuts, toast, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs etc etc etc. It had everything you needed to get the day started. It also had free wi-​fi that worked awesome!

We checked out before we even checked in. Got our room keys, unloaded our luggage, and the rooms smelled horrible and AC did not work. We booked last minute so most other hotels were fully booked. We finally got rooms at Holiday Inn which was clean, and pretty good hotel.
Most hotels in Niagara seemed like they didn’t need to keep things up to date or nice because tourists will come for the falls either way.
Rooms are pricey for what you get. Do not stay here though unless you can get a more renovated room on the 6th floor.

It really is extremely close to the falls. If you leave the hotel through the rear door and cross prospect street (or pointe), you are in the Niagara Falls State Park. You can hear the falls. The room and the bathroom were clean. Abundant towels and toiletries. All rooms have a flat screen HDTV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-​Fi and complimentary breakfast are good too. I read reviews in a few websites about the breakfast and decided to eat elsewhere if I didn’t like it, but they have upped their game. The breakfast is served in a nice 3 sided bar like setup, with 2 hotel employees refilling everything from the inside. Breakfast included, waffles, cereal, coffee, toast, muffins, danishes, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and yogurt. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. My room was at the end of the hallway and had a weak Wi-​Fi signal, that’s my only complaint.

very nice place with excellent view of the falls (depends on which room you get), a wonderful breakfast! For $ 65 it is well worth it (offcourse it was off-​season when we went there).
Has wired internet connection, which helped me a lot.
