This is a old location they get my order wrong all the time and if I go through the drive thru I have to wait longer then if I were to go inside so I just go inside grab my food and go. I don’t ever see anyone inside anyway and the food is quick unless u order off the broiler then u wait the same amount of time it takes to cook a porter house for burger to go from one side of the industrial grill to the other… This place use to be a fun place with a younger crowd and packed of high school kids and parents and the beef tasted like beef now u get smushed burgers that cost more then the Culvers restaurant across the way oh I forgot to mention the energetic 1080s dentist waiting room art work…

Shouldn’t even get a star. Ordered a chicken sandwich and received two hamburger patties on a chicken sandwich bun. Disgusting!

I always go through the drive through and I am always happy with my order. This is one of the only places that get my order correct 90% of the time. And they actually give you ketchup with out having to plead your case to why you need it. I had no idea that ketchup was such a hot commodity these days. Overall. Food is good. It’s fast food you can’t expect it to be top chef choice!

This Burger King is located on the south side of Dempster St. about 100 feet east of Harlem Avenue. The site is accessed by eastbound Dempster traffic only. There’s plenty of off-street parking and this location includes a drive-thru. This is an older Burger King having been at this site for at least 30-years. The building is in dire need of upgrade. Everything is dated. Flat screen menu boards were recently added and even that looks bad – unfinished. The men’s bathroom is a mess. The wall facing the sink bows out as if something behind it exploded. I arrived at 11:30AM and no one was in the restaurant. I waited for about five minutes before anyone came to the counter to take my order. The ESL cashier slowly took my order and about ten minutes later I had my whopper, fries and diet Coke. When Burger King first opened, the sandwiches were large, juicy and delicious. This is not the case today. The food was dry and bland. My combo order was $ 6.38 and I would have been much happier eating at and supporting an independent small business, like Celli’s Beef, on Milwaukee Avenue near Oakton St. For the same money, I could have had a delicious burger and the best fresh-cut fries on earth. It came as no surprise the lunch business was very slow. I only saw two employees. For most of my visit, myself and my buddy were the only ones there. It’s time to either fix up the place or pull out and let an operator who cares come in and meet the competition. Until then, I won’t be returning. The King is dead!

Disappointment every time with cold stale fries, brown lettuce and barely there tomatoes. Then the sorry about that as you are handed fresh fries while wondering if anything happened to them!

Had my annual urge for Burger King. I believe that urge will be gone forever after eating at this one. I could have thrown everything in the bag, shook it up and it would have looked better than what I was given. Unfortunately the taste buds wanted their fix. After the first bite they changed their mind an begged me to lick the asphalt to get the bad taste of the whopper out of my mouth. Hey Michael C., four stars for a place that«usually gets the order right»?

I just registered to tell to other people. Stay away from this Burger King because they cheat on customers. Here the sellers of Mexican origin trying to make«additional profits» from others. I was ripped off with 2 extra dollars for my order. How filthy and disgusting !

Hamburger is a cheap form of protein, and nothing’s cheaper than Burger King. I’ll have to disagree with reviewer Michael C. on the notion that their food is good. It is not. I grew up with this Burger King, and although I’ve eaten here sporadically over the past few years, I’m always reminded why I should give it up for good. Pros: they have a drive-thru, and they usually get orders right. Cons: the food. Today, I ordered a Whopper Junior and it was the saddest looking thing you’ve ever seen. One lousy pickle, one overripe slice of tomato and the tiniest sliver of an onion. But the wilted lettuce and gobs of mayo were ample. Eww. Apparently, they have free high speed Internet service. Can’t comment on that one way or the other. But I don’t think it makes up for their sorry food offerings.

I go to this Burger King close to my home. It’s fast, cheap, and they usually get the order right. But I like one«new» thing here: free high speed Internet! Their food is good, free soda refills, and you can sit quietly and use the internet. Open your notebook, and it’ll find you. You click on, and enjoy your burger with your email! I also talked to the manager(nosey me) and found out that they are going to «extend» the service into the parking lot for those who like to sit in their car and work on the ‘Net. Who could ask for more? Drive thru and Internet park!
