Very unprofessional staff. I received a call at my office from them. I pick up and I hear a girl joking around with someone «Hahaha, you’re fired…» continued by more joking around. I said hello about 3 times and she goes…“Hello Arthur?” I said yes who is this and they hung up. I called back and found out it was this office and when asked if I wanted I quote I simply stated I’m not interested due to the unprofessionalism. If you want me to come in and teach your team customer service and retention then contact me. I’d be more than happy to teach you guys some things since that seems to be the theme of these negative reviews.

Expect lightly trained phone help that admittedly should «have more training». Rec’d auto quote over phone, bought it, got policy and was $ 950 higher. After other policy was cancelled. Owner/​agent explained yes «need to train him more». Unprofessional and not quite ready to be there just yet. Geico was cheaper anyhow.

Expect constant calls from this place, they’ll sweet talk and say anything to sell you insurance. Turn your back and truth behold their true side is revealed. Don’t get me wrong, walking into this place everything looks great. Have a talk with them yourselves and see if you can see through their insincerity.
