Don’t shop at this location, if your a young professional… they will profile you and treat you like a thief even after you dropped a couple hundred dollars and return with the receipt. I bought the wrong size comforter set last night. So I went to exchange it today. There were two people in front of me exchanging and returning. They were both clearly older than me… Their items were not examined or even opened. Shelley took them back with no issue even though they were clearly opened and used returns. When it was my turn at the register, I told her I needed to exchange this for the correct size. It was clear I hadn’t opened it. The zipper had the lock tag still in place. And the comforter bag was its puffy overstuff original condition, just like the king size one my husband brought to the counter. Shelley decided she was going to spend 30 – 45 seconds examining my exchange… because clearly I look like I want to steal the decorative pillows or pillow shams from the Queen size set. I will not be shopping at this BB&B, I will drive to Keystone at the Crossing location where they tend to do better at customer service. I was on hold for over 5 mintues waiting for the manager to come to the phone so I could tell her about my experience. Seemed to careless and rush me off the phone. So no I won’t be back to this location.

If you’ve been to one Bed Bath & Beyond, you’ve been to them all, right? Tips: this location will take expired coupons, and you can use a coupon for each item if you have them. I’ve been here three times in the last few weeks, and there has always seemed to be a shortage of cashiers and long wait times at various days/times(weekday around lunch, weekend at 3 p.m.).
