I went to help my mom purchase/transfer her phone. I was dreading the wait & overall experience but the staff was incredible. Helpful, funny & happy to help.

We have been to this store twice for issues with a droid tablet that is 8 months old. The first time they said they couldn’t help us and that we had to call the manufacturer to have it fixed. After doing so the replacement one I received now doesn’t work and the 8 employees standing around could care less about helping me. They even told me to switch to AT&T. How can you run a business where you have no desire to help your customers? All I wanted was for them to either remove the tablet from my bill, so I wasn’t paying $ 10 a month for something that didn’t work, or sell me something that would work.

If you like pushy salesmen that won’t lay off trying to get you to sign up for the edge program and to buy the latest gadget then go here ! Our salesmen was increasingly annoying trying to get extras out of us an all I wanted to do was upgrade my sons phone. Even the manager tried to make me feel pressured into the edge program. Lay off people! I won’t be going back to that store again.

I visited this location & the employee involved is named Christopher(he would not give me his last name). I was there to get a new phone. Christopher started the sales process with an overly pushy sarcastic attitude after it was politely made clear to him I was solely interested in upgrading my phone. In spite of me telling him this at least 4 different times, he continued to push other unwanted products on me becoming more sarcastic & aggressive about it as he went which was an issue in itself & pathetic salesmanship on his part. He even went as far as making a sarcastic comment inferring I was ignorant because I did not want to purchase extra products. I was also undecided on the phone I wanted to choose wavering between two different ones so I had questions I would have liked politely answered to assist my final decision. Christopher was unable to even manage this. He continually used a condescending tone when answering. He also inferred I was wasting his time. He also at this point had make a couple of subtle negative jabs at me regarding my appearance. I quickly decided on a phone so I could get on my way and be done dealing with such a pathetic person. This in turn started the check out process. One thing I needed done which was very important was to have my contacts transferred. Although Christopher would not say anything; in observing his actions it was very obvious he did not have a clue as to how to even do this. In fact, another employee finally had to tell him what to do. In observing this, I politely(which he did not deserve) stressed to please make sure all of my contacts were transferred because I did not want to have to come back in. Christopher then took it upon himself to tell me in a threatening tone that he was not scared of me and I better watch it. I was in complete disbelief not only because he was completely out of line but because I certainly did not threaten him in any way, shape, or form not to mention I continued to be decent at all about the whole situation. I simply made a statement. The other issue is the manager was standing right there and did absolutely nothing about it! Christopher then continued to be rude. He refused to take time to go over any of the phone’s features with me. He never once thanked me and did not even bag anything up. He dumped everything I was to receive on the counter and walked away. He had also prior to this stated my contacts were all transferred but when I returned home I found he had lied. He had only transferred a few of them to make it look like they were loading to my phone when they really were not. Thankfully, I found a way to transfer them myself. I also realized he had given me the wrong case for my phone. I ended up having to return to that same Verizon location the next evening to exchange the phone case. I had also decided to speak to the manager about Christopher just to see what he would say. Based on the look on the manager’s face when I walked back into the store, I knew he knew his employee was a problem. I also saw Christopher immediately disappear. The manager proceeded to assist me in replacing the phone case. While assisting me, I attempted to discuss his employee’s actions towards me the evening before. The manager stated he thought we were bantering back and forth in fun even though he was standing right next to Christopher when he threatened me and it was obvious he knew better than to think this situation was all in fun. He treated the whole situation lightly and simply stated it was a good training opportunity for Christopher. I am sorry but if an employee does not even have enough common sense not to demean a customer much less threaten them why is he working there at all?! Christopher obviously has some serious issues & should not be working with any customers much less doing any type of sales. I also do not believe the manager has or will address the issues with his employee. Christopher also never came out of hiding the whole time I was in the store making it blatantly clear they all knew something was very wrong! Again, I just want to get this info out there so others can avoid dealing with this jerk should it be necessary to utilize this location.

Professional service, knowledgeable staff, faster than some other locations. Also a larger stock on hand, whereas other stores may have to order a product for you. I definitely recommend this location compared to others nearby.

In this branch, some employees are helpful some just don’t care. So if you go there and find an associate that is not helping then request to talk to someone else. Shop online for plans and phones prices if you want to save a trip.

I was a loyal VW customer for 12 years and last October I began getting dropped calls. I contacted VW many times and was finally told that that VW no longer had a cell tower near the town I live in and that if the situation continued, that VW would let me out of my contract so I can go with a different provider that could give me service. I waited it out a few more months but when I was getting dropped calls with prospective employers, I made the deicsion to leave. I called V.W. to inquire as to how to go about leaving them and I was told to just have my new service provider contact them and it wold take care of it. So I did that in February. Then in March, I looked at my bank statment and noticed that VW took out $ 152.47 from my account. When I called to find out why, I spoke with Branden who took a report and said he would submit it that day and get back to me on Saturday as to the outcome. He did not call me back so on Monday, I called back and talked to customer service and was told that my refund request was denied. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was transferred to Justin. He kept repeating his answer as to why I couldn’t get a refund saying it was my fault that the money was automatically taken from my account because I was on autopayment. I tried to explain that I was never told I neeeded to turn this off and I did not feel I should pay for service after I discontinue my contract. He said that I did owe the money and that there was nothing more he could do. If I had been told originally of what I needed to do to close out my account, I would have done so as I don’t have the money to pay for 2 phone providers and if Verizon(the largest carrier world wide) couldn’t provide me with the service in my town, why should I be penalized for it? I will be submitting a claim to consumer affairs. It might only be $ 152.00 to some but for me, it’s rent or groceries or gas so can find employment.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff are so great it makes you want to be their best friend. I love this place it is amazing!!! And they can fix anything wrong with your phone and they explain everything expertly! :D
