Established in 2014.

State Farm was founded in 1922. Originally a single line auto insurance company, State Farm now offers nearly 100 products and services, in five different lines of business, to help customers manage today and prepare for tomorrow. We show our commitment to our policyholders by handling nearly 35,000 claims per day. State Farm’s History not only demonstrates we do the right thing for our customers; we do the right thing for communities. We are heavily involved in and support communities through sponsorships, safety programs, education leadership, and service-​learning.

Craig Ritchie’s agency was established in January 2014. Craig has worked for State Farm since 2009 throughout Atlanta and surrounding counties. Craig is determined to service residents throughout the entire state of Georgia. Our main goal is to provide excellent customer service and provide a wide range of insurance products to manage the risk of everyday life.

Craig started working for State Farm in 2009 as a sales representative in a local agent’s office. Determined to make a name for himself he strived to provide excellent customer service while providing insurance products to fit specific customer needs. Shortly after starting with State Farm he decided that he wanted to make opportunity a lifelong career, but first wanted to learn all aspects of the business. Several years later he opened in own agency in downtown Norcross.
