Specialties
Authentic Cuban cuisine, Cuban-American signature dishes and live music in an atmosphere as genuine as America itself…
EVERY Friday & Saturday at 7:30(ish) the party begins. Live music performed by the owners! (Yanin, a former EMI recording artist). Anyone wishing to participate and get involved is welcomed to get up and sing or play the congas. For those «shy individuals» wishing to participate, they can play the maracas from their table. Those that prefer a more intimate setting can dine in the comfort of the «private room» area with a view of the historic district… kids love to catch the train passing by and to color on top of the papered table tops.
Mom is in the kitchen cooking up those traditional Cuban staples as well as the neo-Cuban-American fusion cuisine like the Guava-BBQ Baby Back Ribs, or the «Guantanamera» salad with caramelized pecans and goat cheese over baby spinach and mixed field greens with home-made shampagne-guava vinagrette…
History
Established in 2008.
What better way to live out the American dream than to become an Enterpreneur?
With incredible musical talent, restaurant management experience, and a loving mother with a knack for turning out exquisit dishes with authentic «stuff we grew up with» flavor… Mojito’s Cuban-American Bistro seemed like a win/win situation.
Only problem was finding a location where flavor, artistry, and culture would be welcomed and encouraged.
Enter Historic Downtown Norcross.
A wonderful, quaint community that has served as a retreat from City life for over 100 years!
The bistro is located in the heart of the district, directly accross from the train station. The lunch atmosphere is brimming with the hustle-bustle of the business lunch from the surrounding businesses. Dinners are more intimate, with the exception of Friday & Saturday night, in which live music permeates the restaurant atmosphere…
