Signarama

I used Signarama to get a door sign and and custom rugs for work. I chose this store b/​c they were locally owned and close to our office. This proved to be a bad decision on my part. I had horrible service. They were disorganized and did not communicate with me.
As soon as they received payment from me the service was non existent. I had to email them for updates, they never once reached out to me. Each time I asked them for an update I was told the sign would be up within a week. I was told this 3 different times. After the third time someone from their office called me to get the measurements for the sign. This was disconcerting since someone from their company took the measurements 6 weeks earlier, and at this time they told me the door sign would be up in 2 – 3 days.
After not hearing anything from them for several days I sent an email explaining my dissatisfaction. a few hours after sending the email they were at the office installing the sign. This was only one week after calling me and asking for the measurements they lost, which means it only took them one week to make the sign, but I placed the order 8 weeks ago.
I was told by one of the employees that I would receive a credit. I am still waiting on that.
Needless to say I will never use them again!
